MNP officially set foot in Brockville on January 1st, 2016 through a merger with local accounting firm, Bennett McMahon Stillar, Chartered Professional Accountants (BMS). Joining the MNP team are eight staff members and three partners - Alvin Bennett, CPA, CA; Michael McMahon, CPA, CA; and Matt Mersereau, CPA, CA, John Haralovich, LIT Looking for new ways to help clients succeed, the partners at BMS wanted to position themselves with a national firm that offered a wider range of in-depth services and that catered to local clients. As part of our strategic plan for growth in Eastern Ontario MNP also wanted to partner with a like-minded firm that shared our values, which is why we are very excited to join forces with BMS. Brockville is a historic city located in the heart of the picturesque 1000 Islands and the St. Lawrence Seaway. For over 17 years, the partners have been recognized for providing expert accounting, consulting and tax services to clients in Brockville and the surrounding area. With a broad and diverse client base, the Brockville team is particularly experienced serving clients in private enterprise, agriculture, real estate and construction, not-for-profit, and public sector.
