Can't say enough about how great iPhix is. Our son is in the middle of university exams and his phone stopped charging, just to throw a little extra stress into the situation. Tried cleaning out the charging port but no luck, so decided to pop into iPhix to see if we needed to get it replaced. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, but the tech was able to clean out the port and get the phone charging normally, and wouldn't let me pay him for his time - he just asked that I come back when I needed anything, and I definitely will, they're now my go-to source for any tech fixes I might need. Thanks again for such great service!

Professional and friendly service, at a very reasonable price. Matt ran diagnostics on my iphone 6 and replaced the battery while I waited. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I returned to Brockville iPhix when my 2011 HP laptop stopped working. Given the age of my laptop and the fact that it wasn't just a failed adaptor or failed DC port, Matt suggested transferring the hard drive to a newer used laptop. Again, for a very reasonable price, I have a functioning device, which is actually an upgrade from my old laptop. The shop is set up for social distancing, and there's free parking at the door.
