I needed help with my newly built PC since it wasn't getting past the BIOS stage. After digging around, it looks like I need to update the BIOS so it's compatible with the 5000 series Ryzen. I emailed PC Tech and Apurva called me shortly after, even though they were closed that day. I brought the computer Monday morning and they diagnosed my PC. They were able to resolve my issue, install the OS and they even zip tied the cables so it's not all over the place. I was able to pick it up the next morning. The service was fast, professional, and economical. If I ever run into other problems with my computer I would come here again. Thanks Apurva and team!

Called on a Monday about solving a problem I was having with my PC, guy said no problem, I said I'd come in the next morning. Showed up at 8:40, Open sign was on but the door was locked and lights were off. Sign on the door said they open at 8:30, waited around til just after 9. Guess they decided not to come to work on time that day?

My desktop wasn't working very well, so I brought it to the store and requested for quote. Apurva, Office Manager, gave me an estimate shortly after and then fixed my desktop accordingly. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He addressed everything politely from the beginning to the end. I went to PC Tech to have an old PC fixed after waiting unsuccessfully for three weeks at another place for a part to arrive. PC Tech fixed my computer in one day! They were professional, fast and affordable. I truly wish I had gone there first -- I would have saved myself three weeks. I also called them afterwards to ask about an unrelated issue with my DVD player and they gave me sound advice. Seriously don't waste your time elsewhere, this place is as good as it gets!

I brought my computer in for the first time after the Windows 10 profile and C: drive had a bad sector. I was honestly skeptical because I was FRANTIC that I would have the same experience as before with another place. Last time my hard drive broke down I took it to another shop who reassured me they would back a COMPLETE BACKUP of the entire computer so the entire computer would be restored. Upon returning after being called to indicate the computer was fixed, I discovered they not only did NOT restore everything (Emails, Document, pictures, video, firefox bookmarks, etc were NOT restored), but that the BACKUP was since then destroyed after they restored it [successfully]. I had YEARS of information, and pictures for a website that I ran at the time (Largest resource site) and had 100's of emails that I NEEDED... And YEARS of research material GONE. I had no choice but to pay over $1500 to have a complete DATA RECOVERY... So extensive that they recovered YEARS of deleted files.. Anyways, as you can imagine I was terrified this would occur again. I made it well understood how I could not afford to lose anything and not only re-assured me but the approach they did really pleasantly surprised me and made me feel very comfortable. They had me sit down on a very nice soft leather chair and [Apurva] sat down beside me and calming explained step by step exactly what they would do to ensure my files were SAFE and entirely restored. He even went to the trouble of drawing the procedure on a piece of paper. I was going to get a 3T harddrive (E Drive) to replace the 1T (E Drive) so they were going to IMAGE the C drive (OP system with bad sectors) , install the new 3T harddrive, copy over the E - the new 3T drive, copy the IMAGE of the C: into a folder on the E: in order to have a backup just in case anything were not to restore, reinstall Windows 10, and restore all the files back to the C.. The understanding would be the Emails, firefox, etc would be reinstalled and restored as well. 1 week later I finally got a call to come in and pick up the computer. They only charged for 2 hours of work and were great enough to actually REUSE the original C drive as an EXTERNAL BACKUP because the case that I have for the computer has a feature where you can plug in a harddrive (plug and Play) just as if you plugged in a flashdrive. So they reinstalled everything (most) and even now have an EXTERNAL 1T drive to use as a backup once everything is completely good to go on the computer. The ONLY fault I have is that I had to go back a second time because they forgot to restore the emails (100's possibly 1000+) but I won't really fault them all that much. I don't live too far away so it was not that huge of an inconvenience except for the fact that my car is a real gas guzzler. LOL. But at the end of the day, I was VERY happy with the results. I was am currently restoring the rest using the external C: backup they did. It's great because it's not a n IMAGE file that I would have to use software to open but straight files I can just copy/paste.. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

The manager Apurva and staff were really honest, reliable and were able to fix my fan!! PC TECH Computer Services INC is absolutely amazing. I have used these company for many years. They come to my office / Home and have worked remotely on my PC / Apple mac computers. I've had entire systems crash, internet connections gone, been infected with viruses and Trojans and most recently had FTP issues from a WordPress update. There is absolutely nothing more frustrating than having your entire life shut down over computer issues. For us, our business stops running is a big loss to out company. Our business absolutely could not function without their help. They are professional, fast trustworthy and affordable. We never call anyone else. You guys are amazing!! With gratitude! Robert.

Excellent service. I had a broken part near one of the hinges of my laptop. The technician, Apurva Patel, looked for the part right away when I drop my computer and he found an original solution to fix it when he realize the piece was not available. It is now fix in the same delay I have been told and I paid the same price than the quote. Furthermore, the technician was professional and welcoming. In recent years Apurva has worked extremely patiently with me to guide me through the many tech problems I have had with my old 2008 Vista computer.Not being particularly techno-savvy, I have appreciated his knowledge,, advice and patience. Most recently I needed to invest in a new computer and get significant data recovery performed when my old pc "died of natural causes". Apurva came to my rescue. Another technician also helped me set up my printer access when I realized I couldn't scan and email a document. I could never have done any of this without their help. Fantastic service and reasonable price. I have a Sony Vaio laptop and it suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. They removed some malware and did a full tune up. Had it back in 24 hours. Highly recommend this business, I personally would not go anywhere else and will use them again. So 2 years later needed to upgrade my hardrive on the same laptop, didn't hesitate to bring it back since I was so pleased with them last time. Same amazing service, well priced and back to me in a couple of days. Great to have such a reliable computer service company locally. I don't review often, but since computer work is not needed often, thought it may help people narrow down their search. I continue to highly recommend this business.

My latptop was with a part of the screen craked. After consulting the manufacturer and other companies I found out that PC TECH had a good price and looks very professional (very important to me). So I ordered a new screen and hired their services to change it. As the laptop still running even with the screen craked they just stayed with the computer for two days. 1st day to check the screen's specifications and the 2nd day to change the screen. After the service I got my laptop back and during the repair they were very professional and called me every time that I requested to give me updates about the service. Really recommend the service!

If you need any help with a desktop, laptop, or understanding how to use them, don't look any further. I've dealt with 3 different technicians (Apurva, Greg, and Patrick) at PC Tech over a period of 2 years. My experiences have all been smooth and positive. In each case I was told what to expect and when, and what the price would be. My sense is that they are honest and more than fair. They are patient and clear with their explanations, and are willing to include a tutorial when needed.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They rescued my laptop twice, first when software crashed the hard drive and then when the hard drive died. They can even arrange to have your data recovered if needed, which shouldn't be needed if you do regular backups. If you don't want to have to buy another computer, go see these guys, it'll cost you less.

Excellent service, I highly recommend coming here for any hardware or software issues you need fixed. I brought my laptop in because I had the BSOD, and they had it fixed and ready first thing the next morning. I'm sure if I had brought my laptop in earlier in the day (I brought it in an hour before they closed), they would've had it done the same day. They also cleaned one of my fans that was making too much noise, which I didn't even tell them about (I hadn't ever noticed the fan had gotten noisy over the years, but now it sounds brand new again) These guys won't try to nickle-and-dime you, very fair and trustworthy. Price was as-quoted, only one hour and their hourly rate is reasonable
