My experience with Paul was nothing short of amazing. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and totally down to earth. I had called him because my hard drive crashed and my computer was no longer responding. I thought for sure I needed a new computer. After explaining to Paul my issues, he seemed totally confident he could fix it! He even offered to come pick up the laptop from my house. I was running errands anyway, so I dropped the laptop off. The laptop was fixed THE SAME DAY (and I must say it runs WAY better than it did, even when I got it brand new!). I was shocked at how fast the service was from start to finish. Paul explained everything he was doing and calmed my stress immediately. He was affordable, professional, quick, and the quality is outstanding. I placed his sticker on my laptop because I will now only go to him for all of my computer needs! Thank you so much Paul!

Excellent Service. I contacted Paul to transfer data and files over to a new computer. He arrived at my house on time and got right to work. I have a lot of files on my computer and he ended up taking the computer back to his shop to complete the process. He was back later the same day, with all the files moved over. He explained to me the features of the new computer and answered all my questions. I contacted him the next day with another issue, and he remotely added a program which quickly solved the issue. A very knowledgeable technician, and I would easily recommend him.

I recently had occasion to employ Paul's services to recover some files from a non working desktop computer to a new external hard drive that I purchased. Paul was extremely efficient, communicative about the appointment time, and more than fairly priced. The large data transfer took more time than expected, so he left his equipment to do the transfer and went to do other things so as not to charge me an exorbitant amount of time. He was more than fair, and what took three hours to transfer he billed me for an hours worth of time. I will highly recommend Paul and his services to anybody. Thanks, Paul!

I contacted Paul last night, on a Friday, about our our nightmare of a situation with different devices not communicating, and a possible loss of family photos. He fit us in right away on a Saturday (he had a cancellation) and connected remotely to our laptop to troubleshoot all of the many issues we were having with finding, downloading, storing and organizing several thousand photos from different places. Before working with him, we thought family photos had been lost, and couldn’t get our devices to communicate. We now have a system that works, and all of our photos are currently being safely transferred. His customer service was a 10/10 and he was great to work with. Highly recommend him, worth every penny.

Paul of Paul's Computer Repair is a SCAM artist. He should not ask for the 3 digits on the BACK of your credit card but he does over the phone !! When you first talk to him he says that he will take a check as payment. But then after he remotely goes through your computer he says that he only takes payment by credit card. He asks your full name, your phone number, your Postal Code , your address, . You should NEVER NEVER be asked to give the 3 digits on the back of your credit card ! NEVER !! SCAM ARTIST !!

Great service. When we contacted Paul to help my wife and I in the transition to a new computer, he provided us with some thoughts and insights on the purchase of a new computer to address our needs. He then came over to set-up the new computer and transfer the data files and programs from our old computer. He did this in an efficient and timely fashion. Paul is knowledgeable, personable, easy to contact and deal with, and is quick to follow-up on any computer questions or issues that you might have. Paul is the best computer expert that I know of. He will come to your home and if there is a problem that he can not fix at your home he will take your computer to his home and call you with any problems. We like that he comes to your home and I do not have to take my computer in to a big box store for service that may or may not be done. We have him on speed dial as my husband is not computer savvy and problems do occur from time to time. Don't want anyone else messing with this computer except Paul.
