Abdul is the man. I'm able to write this review on my computer now because of him. I had only been in Vancouver for 2 weeks and was trying to work remotely from home when suddenly for no obvious reason, my computer wouldn't start up. So I brought it in, preparing myself for a hefty service fee and wait time. But within only 4 minutes Abdul had it solved - the power cord had gone bad. He only charged me $5 for the service and a new cord. Not only was it quick and cheap service, but Abdul was very friendly and generous. Highly recommended!

Took a laptop here a while back to fix it's charging port. When we got it back, the laptop still didn't charge properly and the part was loose. Took it back to get it fixed again, and all they did was gorilla glue the part in place which took another week to do apperently. We decided to order the part on amazon and do it ourselves because now it would not connect to the internet. When we opened the laptop, we discovered the wifi chip inside had been disconnected entirely. The part we needed replaced was very crudely soldered and wasnt even held together with electrical tape. On top of that, several screws were missing and had been replaced with more gorilla glue. Terrible place, and personally i think most, if not then some of these reviews may be faked as they all repeat "great customer service and prices", have no profile pictures and have only done one review in total. Would not recommend. Just go to the Geek Squad. The guy seemed pretty nice though.

I called to see how late they were open and they were just closing up but said they would stay open later if I needed them to. It was an emergency that I needed to get an extra key cut. He assured me that if his diagnostics were not correct, he would not charge me for the work until he found the issue. He was willing to work with my budget to find a solution that worked for me. Timely, reliable and cost effective solution that one can depend on. Recently I have my decade old i7 laptop computer repaired from Lead Tech services. The computer was simple not turning on and I was fearing a total lost. However, the skillful technicians at LeadTech services diagnosed and fixed the motherboard problem at a very reasonable cost. I was also pleasantly surprised with the impressively short turn around time. Lead Tech saved me time and hundreds of dollars (that I would otherwise have to spend to buy an equivalent compute power). While the above was my most recent interaction with Lead Tech service, I have always turned to them whenever I have any hardware issue at hand. And I have always found them as very professional and courteous service. I would highly recommend Lead Tech for any of your IT needs especially those complex hardware repair needs.

If I could give 100 stars I would. The owner is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Amazing service! Would highly recommend! Initially took my laptop to be fixed - they were very responsive, diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly . Few days later my phone fell and would not switch on. Took it to the Apple Store which ran diagnostics test and said there is nothing they can do. As a last attempt to salvage at least data from the phone, I took it to Lead Tech. They miraculously managed to fix the phone which is now working perfectly! I STRONGLY recommend that you travel from wherever you live in the city of Vancouver or the Lower Mainland Area to have Lead Tech Services Computers/cellphone handle your needs.
