I cracked my work laptop screen and his quote was the best price and he was so helpful and went out of his way to keep me informed and even lent me a cable I needed to make another laptop work temporarily. Very honest and very reliable man. I drove all the way from mission to Vancouver for my laptop repair. My laptop was water damaged and I went there and i was expecting repair costs in hundreds of dollars. He quickly took a look and gave me estimated costs of repairs. I was so relieved when he told me that its only gonna cost $120 and it took few hours for fixing my laptop. Highly recommend this place.

After taking my Macbook Pro to Simply Computing and being astounded at how much it was going to cost to replace my track pad ($55 for diagnosis, $220 for labor, plus whatever the parts cost!) I decided to try JNRG. Noel quoted me $150 for all of it and I was very happy with that price comparatively. When I said as much, I was equally impressed with his response. He said, "I'm a customer too and I want to be fair to people." It was that attitude that is making me write this review. In a city where everyone seems to gouge you for everything and charge as much as they can, this small business was refreshingly geared toward putting the customer first. Not to mention they fixed my computer in under an hour with a friendly demeanor and even cleaned it for me. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you guys. Two thumbs way up!

Took my laptop here because it wasn't charging. Another shop told me it was the motherboard and it would have to be replaced. This shop repaired it for a fraction of the price of a replacement motherboard, got it back on Thursday after dropping it off on Monday, provided a free diagnostic, and told me if what he did didn't fix the problem he wouldn't charge me. Couldn't have asked for any better.

He goes above and beyond, even fixing minor things you never even ask(like my computer's hinge was broken, he fixed it and he didn't even charge me!). I took my laptop in 2 months ago because I spilled coffee on it, and they replaced the keyboard in 2 days. 2 months later I found out the mic wasn't working and they repaired it for free even though I didn't have any of my paperwork from the previous repair. Incredible service! I took my laptop for repair, and they put in a lot of effort to get it to work. Sadly, the repair couldn't be done without a new part that costs $800+. Needed an old LCD monitor for our CNC machine, knew exactly what we were looking for and checked his old stock and found one. Sold it to us for a very reasonable price. Recommended for sure!

Since I'm electronically cursed, I'm used to go there (black screen, laptop not booting, virus, crashed hdd, headphone jack not working, whatever...). They are passionate and genuine experts. Dealing with a computer disaster? Those guys look genuinely excited to fix it. I have no idea about other computer stores in Vancouver but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Been a loyal customer for a decade.

Everything you want from a computer repair shop. I had a RAM issue so I brought my laptop in on Saturday morning. By that same afternoon Noel had called back and explained the problem. He offered two solutions: one more affordable and one more expensive and let me decide which I wanted to choose. I went to the shop and the laptop was already fixed. I love this place. I don't know a lot about computers, and I'm always nervous going in for repair, because I don't want to be taken advantage of. This place is not like that at all. They explain things very clearly, they don't try to oversell, their pricing is fair, and they complete work quickly. They diagnose the problem for free, and take time to start up the computer while you are in store so you can show them the problem. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Noel for years now with all of my laptop issues (usually a virus from something I should not have downloaded... oops). He cleans off my hard drive and ensures I have everything backed up on my external hard drive and that it is clean as well. He recently sold me a bigger external hard drive and when I found it on sale at Best Buy he took the difference off my bill. I trust him implicitly with my laptop and will continue to rely on him to fix all my computing problems quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him and his work.

JRNJ is the model of how a business should be run! I brought my 5 year old Dell XPS here after Dell and Microsoft support could not help me. I had an idea of some hardware issues which caused OS issues, then after a recent update, everything failed and my PC wouldn't boot up. After researching online reviews, this looked like the place I wanted to patronize, plus it was open on Saturday. The minute I walked in and described my issues, I felt confident I had come to the right place. The store owner explained exactly what he would do to troubleshoot my PC and that he doesn't charge for this step. He also explained that he will not do any work without my approval. Over the following 4 business days, he called me 6 times with updates and to discuss repair options. In the end, I walked out with basically a new computer, saving the components that could be reused. The cost, turn around time, and customer service were all beyond my expectations. Will happily recommend JRNJ to anyone requiring this service.

Great owner & all repairs done inhouse. They will repair motherboards instead of ordering a new one by default like big tech companies (looking at you Asus). They quoted my repair at less than half of the manufacturers quote. This place is amazing.

Laptop just would not turn on after what I suspect was someone dropping it... they managed to fix it (was a motherboard issue) for a price which was extremely reasonable and also replacing a few missing screw and a crack while they were at it for no extra cost! Really do recommend! I hope I never have to return as laptop problems are never ideal... but if I ever have another problem with a laptop, I’ll be straight back to this place!

My girlfriend's laptop had been having network connectivity issues, and after trying almost everything we could think of, we took it to the shop to see if they could repair it. First of all, the man spoke next to no english, and didn't really seem to care. He explained to us that any hardware fixes would cost upwards of 200 dollars. My girlfriend went to pick up her laptop after calling the shop to see if it was fixed. After taking it home, and booting it up she had found that all that had been done was another factory reset, something we had already attempted. Long story short, she was charged 63 dollars for a factory reset that didn't fix the problem at all.

After inspecting my PC, he then told me what the issues were with my system and offered solutions at a reasonable rate. Noel De Vera of JNRJ Computers was extremely helpful to me when my computer was compromised and hacked by hackers. I am not very techie when it comes to computers so I felt very relieved that Noel was able to explain about how to remove the problem and then he fixed the problem for me. Noel explained the procedure he would follow to fix my computer only charging me the lowest amount that was necessary to complete the fix. He also took the time to explain what to do in future if it happens again. I have been in two more times about concerns I had and did not understand once again regarding hackers and he helped me understand and deal with my concerns without charging me anything. He is extremely knowledgable and experienced working with computer issues He has calmed my fears regarding computer problems and I will highly recommend him to all my friends and will return for his help anytime I need it.

My wifi wasnt working, i took it to him, he reset it and it start working. After a few days it broke again and i search it up on internet and turns out that the laptop i have comes with a fabric problem in the antena and reseting the pc just makes it work temporarily until eventually it brakes again. And on top on that he charges me 60$ for doing anything... scammers
