Good honest owner, competitive prices, quick and reliable. I have got to them for all my electronics needs. Has always been straight up and honest about everything I've gone to him about. Usually does what he says he can and if he can't he won't charge you anything. Seems to always be busy at work on something or with a customer when I enter in his store. And now over the years have become one that he greats me by name when I come in. Even his employees know me by name when I call or come in. Good guy and a great store!

I walked into Dr.Tech store with a Dead laptop, very frustrated and almost with no hope on it. In a couple of hours Abbas the technician had diagnozed it fixed it. The charges are very realistic too!! I must say am so so happy with his service. I recommend him 110%!!

I purchased iptv remote for $30 and on amazon its $8 even though i pay high price because urgency after 2 week it stop working no physical damage not even dropped ask for exchange of remote. He denied for exchange yes instead offered me discount for other stuff which i don’t need at high price. When i pay for high price i should expect some of satisfaction Not telling me i don’t get it so u don’t get . It is ur duty to have warranty from distributors not customers. U can come with any policy u want, its ur store ur policy. For such policy u will lose customers. When i paid tax on any amount i am legally buying warranty for two week. If this case for big amounts i will defiantly go to small consumer court but it not worth of time. He said i cannot afford to exchange so it mean customer should afford all loss for not even his fault even though u markup 2.5 time the price. Seriously it better to buy from amazon at least we get protection and fair price. This way local retailer will loose which i don’t want now i think they deserve this. He may good in servicing ur stuff but not good for purchasing any stuff

this place might be cheap but they don't do it the correct way. they left the bottom right portion of my screen popped out which caused problems with the touch screen and the bottom half of my screen was sort of displaying the top portion of the screen.

It was my first visit ever but with very bad experience. I was there for wish pick up. The girl was there told me to come back any other time and call before to come because phone is updating wish app. I told her that I can't come later, then I have been told to wait for 10 min. Finally app works and first time ever I have been asked for ID after scanning the code which I received by email. But later she can't find my package. So it was my last visit to this store. ????????????????????????

I received quick and reliable service for my laptop that had been damaged by one of those Microsoft updates in January 2018. I thought all was lost since it did not respond very well at all. That quick response was restored and, even though I lost some important programs, they can be replaced and I have my speed back like it was brand new. Thank you!

Abbas the owner of the store is an amazing person. He has helped me so many times with my phones. My Apple ID and everything was all messed up and he provided me with the info and fixed it. He is a very sweet and helpful man, who I trust with my phone. Lately I was there to install a sim card and he did that for no charge. His store is always so clean and lots of things to choose from. At first was impressed with good prices for repairs, then I purchased a cell glass type cover for cell phone for good wife.Before giving it to wife noticed screen was blurry; discovered owner had installed glass protective screen on smudges cell.I guess that telling me the old adage if you want it done right do it yourself???

I brought my printer in for repairs, he spent half an hour on it before it was decided to be not worth repairing. He gave me good advice on what to look for and where to go to buy another printer. I brought my phone in to fix my broken screen. Paid over $400 and when I got the phone back the screen was fixed but my reception wasn't working anywhere. I couldn't make calls or receive calls in my own house. When I brought it back they tried to fix it and couldn't figure out the problem. He said it wasn't his fault because when you open the phone up the seals break. No warning given to me prior to fixing my phone. I was robbed of $400 and he would not return my money back. I do not recommend at all.

The owner did not find what problems we have with our computer exactly. What I really got angry with him is that it was not fixed what he insisted he fixed and no applogies. He just got service charge. I dont think it is right place to fix ur computer. They need to improve their service as well.
