Worst and rude customer service!!!

I received a fedex info sheet indicating that my parcel is available at this center. I was quite surprised because this place is way far from my residence. I called to confirm if they have my package as I did not want to go there if they didn't have my package. There have been instances in the past when the delivery person has mentioned a wrong address The person who picked the call , said "call Fedex" and banged the phone down. I called again but the phone kept ringing and I eventually got the voice message. I have dealt with other places where the staff have been helpful enough to confirm if they have the package or not. I have no clue about their service but they lack basic courtesy and politeness when dealing with people.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I received a message from FedEx saying my package was delivered here. I phoned to make sure it was open and the man who answered the phone said “I’m busy and don’t have time to check packages, call FedEx” and hung up. I showed up at the store and there was a lady ahead of us being rudely spoken to. When it was my turn, the man told me to find my package in a mountain of boxes. It took me 5 minutes to find it and the man was extremely rude.
