My dad has purchased a HP Pavilion from here only for it to start having video card issues and then the power cord almost caught fire, he returned the laptop and got the same one which is white, hard drive failed a year later and went here again (this was after the building has moved to it's current location) and the owner tried to sell him a laptop for 100 dollars that was from the Windows ME era, we ended up leaving the shop and going to EDT computers and got a new hard drive, i've always gone to EDT and honestly do not trust CompuCom.

Simo is a really nice guy. Helped out in the time of need. Knowledgeable and fast! Charges a bit on the higher end though.

Eight out of ten times this place is closed, no idea why they have a store if they do not want to be in "the store"". The other day, wow the store is open. I go in ask a question and without looking the male attendant says "No I do not have that", it is an item EVERY computer used and needs, he sent me up the street to a Retail outlet. Well I knew they existed before I gambled and walked over to this store. I would like to give it a big fat zero but there is no such option. From now on Free Geek in Vancouver, at least they have customer service and a store with attendants. Amen.
