Leo was great! Was able to get me in right away and called me as soon as my laptop was ready. A bit pricey for what the problem was, however I completely understand that it takes time to figure out what's going on and time is money. I have full faith in their capacity and customer service and will definitely be back if I ever have any issues in the future. Thank you!

My ancient desktop ceased to function and I unsuccessfully attempted a few do-it-yourself things. I should have saved myself the time and gone immediately to ClickRight. Old desktop was repairable but the cost was more than a new laptop which Ben setup, including transferring all data. Up and running at home in minutes. Excellent service. Good advice. Very responsive. Top quality.

My computer's power jack was loose and was no longer working. I brought it in to ClickRight and my jack was fixed within a few days. And they loaned me a similar computer at no cost while my computer was getting fixed.

I am the one who wrote the review, and I'd like to address your points. 1) Professional repair shop - "what else is wrong with your laptop" after I paid for your diagnostics test 2) Quoted prices - I was charged more than the quoted approximate 70$ (keyboard) + 20$ (shipping) the total was $104.92 3) Abreast of the progress - If you mean responding to my emails, I am sorry you don't understand customer service. I still don't understand why a customer is not entitled to a receipt for something they paid for. An invoice typed up by your shop does not count as the receipt. How can I trust you after you've been caught in a lie. Firstly stating you can't give me an original receipt due to "security purposes" then asking for $85 administration fee. Your business is overpriced and dishonest. I only came to your shop because of your reviews. Hopefully this helps others. (Added after your response) Your Mission Statement "To provide honest, reliable computer repair, upgrade, and maintenance services quickly at a fair price." Honest - After receiving three invoices after asking for the original receipt, your fourth reply was "We do not provide clients with original receipys for security purposes." (verbatim) After speaking with my brother, we have an email stating a different story "$85.00+tax" Reliable - I had to initiate update requests. Example: Boxing day deadline, I emailed you on the 27th. Diagnostic tests prior to replacement part - You still insist that a keyboard would work with the laptop prior to replacing it with the new one. I tried mouse, thumb-drives, speakers, usb headphones, and my Dell keyboard. The Dell keyboard (not broken) was the only thing not functioning with my laptop . I'm very glad in your response you wrote " We wanted to ensure that we had all the details so we asked you what else is wrong". Your diagnostic tests weren't effective if you hadn't found that problem. Fair price - You're telling me that it would have costed $100 for labour alone to replace my keyboard. To simply remove it (Youtube search - Lenovo Thinkpad Keyboard Disassembly) and put a new one that I had to pay for would be worth $100 of labour. Also in your response "We explained that this doubled the labour, however we did not charge you double the labour and and you were OK with the additional cost for re disassembling and reassembling your laptop. " You certainly did charge me an extra $50. It originally was $79 pretax for labour. I leave potential customers with this: $200 for a laptop keyboard replacement. Security purposes or money grubbers?

I wanted to replace/repair my boyfriend's laptop screen as a surprise for his birthday and everywhere I called I was told it would be way too expensive and therefore wouldn't oblige or it would need to be mailed and would take forever to do. As soon as I called up ClickRight I was greeted in a friendly manner and we walked through what I wanted over the phone. They warned me that it would be expensive, but thankfully didn't shoot me down like other places, and it turned out to not be as expensive as I gathered. They ordered what was needed, I dropped off the laptop and got it back in a few days. They even took off the stickers as I asked and gave them back when I picked up the laptop. My boyfriend was stunned and very happy, just as I was! TL:DR The staff were easy to talk to, helpful and efficient. Very satisfied with their service. I definitely recommend this local business! Great service. Work done in timely manner. Great price. My only point for not giving 5 star rating was that on drop off day I was told that I would receive a call the next day after diagnostics were run. I did not hear back and had to call 2 days later for an update. Not a huge deal but this could annoy some customers. Cheers to the guys at ClickRight.

My computer was damaged in a power outage that resulted in a surge. Ben was able to come to my home to repair it the day after I called. It was luckily a simpler fix than I had feared and I was back up and running with my business computer in no time! Service was very affordable and simply excellent service all around!

Came here with a friend to help fix their broken drive. I recommended this place because of their proximity and the level of professionalism exhibited by Leo. The fact that they were able to fix the hard drive, was a big relief for the friend I was helping out. I would have given them 5 stars, except for the fact that, I would have expected a slightly more professional demeanor when working with a customer. The attitude of one of the gentleman (dont remember the name) was dismissive enough to warrant a lower stars. If one is going to engage with a client, take the time to understand the problem and give the time of day vs being dismissive. My advice to folks, don't let our experience tarnish your experience. These guys can probably fix your problems, they fixed ours.

BUYER BEWARE! This place is a scam!! I would give zero stars if I could! These guys require a deposit of more than $70 in order for you to leave your lap top with them for a consult. My laptop had a virus that I wanted removed so that I could access my files. They called back and said that my hard drive was on the brink of going and wanted to upgrade my hard drive for over $400 plus taxes. Or transfer my files for $99 -$149 plus. I told Leo that I had already backed up my files and I was just trying to access one document that I didn’t back up yet. I was not interested in upgrading the laptop and asked him if he could just remove the virus so that I could access my files. He said “no guarantees” but that he would try to do his best. After two days, I didn’t hear from him so I contacted the store and he said that he wasn’t able to do anything. I found that hard to believe. And why didn’t he call me for two days to let me know? I went to pick up my laptop which looked like it hadn’t even been touched. I asked to speak to Leo to see if he could at least download one document for me in exchange for the deposit. And he said no, that it would cost me an extra $99 minimum. Rip off!! So they kept the deposit and I got absolutely nothing in return! That evening I took the laptop to ANOTHER repair shop. They were able to give me my document right then and there at no extra cost. They kept the laptop overnight to upgrade the hard drive for less than half of what Leo was asking for. My advice… go somewhere else!

Ben came to our place after my panicked call that I was going to throw the pc out the window. He was very courteous and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their pc fixed! I love the fact that he will come to your house vs having to disconnect the pc and drop it off (although that option is available as well) At the end of the couple hours I had a pc that was virus free, running fast, new virus protection, a reasonable bill and best of all, a smile on my face! Ben is amazing. I am completely computer illiterate and completely depend on him for EVERYTHING. He is super quick and explains everything easily. Charges fair fees for his service. He will not fix anything where the hard drive has crashed and replaced many of my laptops quick and easily and had everything set up with all the information transferred on before letting me know it was available for pick up. First time taking my laptop into ClickRight because I looked up a good repair place nearby and read the reviews. Roger at the front desk was very helpful in explaining exactly what the fees would include and the whole diagnostic process. Received a call back basically within a day of them starting their work. Unfortunately, my problem could not be fixed but Ben had written down a full detailed report and they had created a backup file in case I decided to send it to the manufacturer and everything would be wiped (Thinking ahead!) However, the next day, Roger had left a voicemail saying that they found a cheaper alternative and Ben had also sent me an email with the same information (Great follow up!!) The alternative worked and saved me who knows how many hundreds of dollars! Would definitely recommend them for the amazing service :)

I had tea (cream and sugar) to spill on my Macbook and I brought it here for fixing. The service was great, I got full updates of the fixing process. The laptop was saved up to 95%, 5% remained because my screen needed replacing but this newst model didn’t allow me to due to unavailable parts. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied with the result!! Will definitely come back here for technical support!! Highly recommend!

Spilled coffee on my laptop during one of my university classes, and they were able to fix it... and I've had no problems with it since (this happened a couple months ago). It was a little pricey - which can be expected for a mistake like that I guess, but overall great service & got my laptop running smoothly.

A wonderful Business. I first went to Clickright to set up a new HP laptop which confounded me completely. Leo was so helpful and set it up just as I requested. I found a few months later I needed something a lot faster so I went with Leo's recommendation of the Lenova ThinkPad E580. Again Leo set it up just as I requested ( with a few welcome extra's ) I have now been using it for several months and am thrilled with the speed, the keyboard is perfect, I no longer have to put my glasses on just to see what I am typing. Being of a " certain " age and finding technology mostly way beyond my comprehension, I was so grateful to be treated with patience and kindness and the upmost respect. I highly recommend Clickright Computer Solutions and the Lenova ThinkPad.

I got an error message on my laptop saying the cooling fan wasn't working, I usually take my laptop to Geek squad for repairs. This time I wanted to support a small local business and give them a try. Did my research and found these google reviews. Ben was friendly when I dropped off the laptop, the hours are 8:30am-4pm on weekdays which is kind of inconvenient for me but they are open on Saturday. I got a call from Ben and got the unfortunate news that my motherboard was fried. I work for a computer technology company and I asked a co-worker on advice on a new laptop to buy. They were kind enough to tell me to bring my broken laptop in so they can take a look, immediately they pointed out a bump on the laptop right by the mousepad that wasn't there before. Later on they told me that whoever put my laptop back together did a poor job of it, like they used a wrong screw and forced it though. Therefore showing to protruding bump. My 2nd disappointment was that I have a small thing that goes inside my USB port so I can use my wireless keyboard when my laptop is plugged into the TV. That piece was missing when I got my laptop back, I contacted Click right and they couldn't find it. Its such a small piece I always forget its there, Geek squad always reminds me to take it with me. In the end yes I got confirmation that my motherboard was fried. But for these 2 incidents I will try another company for my next repair needs.

After 3 days of agonizing pain with trying to get my computer to clean install since it had a hard drive failure, i gave up and decided to get some professional help. I discovered Ben and ClickRight, after a few quick emails from Ben. I tried to find time to drop it off at his office during his work hours (Which i failed multiple times, but we finally met in the end!). He told me he would let me know the problem as soon as he can. Within the next morning, Ben emails me and informs me of the problems and tells me it will be fixed with no problems. I gracefully accept and picked up my computer a day after it was completed. It works wonderfully and i will definitely recommend Ben and ClickRight to anyone. I'm pretty into computers myself, and i thought i was going to lose my laptop but, Ben came and saved the day.

I had made many calls to repair businesses to see if someone could fix my headphones. Most took about 5 seconds to say no and hang up. I was therefore particularly impressed that the person I spoke to at ClickRight Computer Solutions not only took time to think about it, but said he would consult with his boss, and then called me back the next day to suggest Electronic Innovations (who were also excellent). If I ever need computer servicing, you can bet I'll use ClickRight Computer Solutions.

My laptop lost its boot drive so it wouldnt start. Dropped it in to Leo explaining that my entire life was on the computer, as well as my job so I needed it restored asap. Leo called me a couple of hours later . All done. Everything restored to it's original state. Brilliant job, done quickly and professionally. Cant speak highly enough of these guys. Price was also very reasonable.

Incredible service. Great staff. I walked in thinking that I needed to replace a video card. After they tested it, I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the card. I have little knowledge about the inner workings of computers yet was treated with respect. I would recommend them over a big box computer store.
