I worked with Vlad this weekend to get what I consider my "almost fit to be dumped" acer laptop sorted out. I had a few problems. First, I had an Adware virus and second, I had another virus that completely ruined my files (sent by a company to extort money from me) and this virus even went into my dropbox. Vlad called to my house on Saturday July 30 in the afternoon and delivered the computer back to me in perfect working order the following morning. He showed me how to go through my dropbox to limit the damage that was done, and showed me other useful tips on gmail, etc. Every local business depends on good reviews and those reviews must demonstrate trust and reliability. Otherwise, they don't survive. Not only did I find both of these requirements with Burnaby Computer Repair, I also found a customer service that, in all honesty, I have yet to find anywhere else in the Greater Vancouver area. Customer service is what local business depends on to survive. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Burnaby Computer Repairs (in particular, Vlad) who demonstrated more than was required for me not only to pass his name onto other potential customers, but to write this review.

My mom clicked on the wrong link and ended up with her computer locked up unless she paid to 'unlock' it. We reached out to Vlad who took the computer back to his shop to clean it properly. When he brought it back, he tested all of Mom's programs and even added some training. Mom was really impressed with Vlad's obvious knowledge, professionalism and prompt service.
