I honestly had a great experience. They were always available to answer any of my questions. Helped me with opening my laptop back again as I never remember the password. Although I had no option other than losing files. Lucky me, I had everything saved on cloud. Even gave me the ms office for free. I would say this +1% on top of 100%. 10/10 :)
