Great customer service. Very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend **** On my second visit to the shop, I needed to get data retrieved from an old laptop that had been in storage for over 2 years. The laptop had major damage from falling in the past and could not turn on. Tracy and Jane recovered all my data and put it in an external storage device in under 25 minutes ????????????! Wonderful customer service and very affordable price for the value!✅✅ 10/10 would go back there for my computer needs!????????????????????????

Amazing experience, Adrian was incredibly helpful and considerate. Had a minor problem with a computer, figured I'd chalk it up to an acceptable downside for a really cheap computer, but Adrian made sure I got everything working, even throwing in a free wifi adapter that would normally go for 70 bucks. Can't recommend this place enough, if your experience is anything like mine you'll be more than taken care of, and for cheap!

Excellent and highly professional services! My Window10 Home keeps automatically updating, but there is no internet connection after every update. I asked several friends working in the government IT services, and tried many solutions suggested from google searches, but nothing worked. I reverted to the previous version of Window 10, but next day it automatically updated again, and no internet again. This situation lasted a while and made me extremely exhausted and frustrated. I called 3J Computers & Data Recovery, the technician guided me by phone to have tried two procedures and all problems were solved, in just several minutes!

Very nice and helpful ladies. I went in for a failing Harddrive but didn't go through with it since they told me there were still a few steps I could take(if I was willing to) before needing their help, and only once it completely failed should I go back if I still feel its worth it. I went to two other places before them and the first place wanted to charge me almost $1k to recover my files, the next was a few hundred less, but the quote I got 3J was even lower and seemed a lot more reasonable. Will definitely be coming back here for any computer service needs I have in the future! Or yenno if my HDD dies :')

I had a problem with a laptop. It was dead. I had installed extra RAM and could not get the machine to boot up. I took it into 3J and they said that they would fix it for me for $90. If they could not, there would be no charge. About two I hours later I got a call to say the computer was ready and fixed.When I got there they said that they would only charge me $35 because the problem was simple to fix (the RAM was not pushed in hard enough). I had agreed to pay $90, so they were under no obligation to charge less. The two sister who own the store were very pleasant and, need I say, honest.
