I began working with Scott 4 years ago as I was going to be doing an MA. At that time, Scott prepared my laptop to be THE dependable tool I needed it to be. I even managed to infect my laptop with a virus while studying; calmly and in a very time efficient manner, Scott took care of the problem. I decided recently that I need a new lap top. I went to Scott who worked with me to find a cost efficient laptop that suits my needs. He then transferred all of my data from old to new and ensured I was up and running in a very timely fashion. My laptop was heating up on the bottom so I took it to Scott and while I stood there he cleaned the dust out of it with compressed air and didn't charge me a cent. He told me he figured it would be okay but if not to bring it back and he would take it apart and clean it. So far it seems fine but any more computer problems with our computers we will definitely go back to Scott.

Great service. I didn't notice that he's by appointment only, so I just showed up and he still took me (I don't recommend this as he's a busy guy, just call and make an appointment he'll be happy to take you). He didn't rush me either, he was very patient and listened to my concerns. I got an update on my computer the next day. I still can't believe how quickly I got my answer. He's honest and quick, Scott's is definitely the place to go in Brantford if your computer is having issues. I'd return based on the customer service alone, though!

I took my old computer that was used to run a couple of machines to Scott's Computer Repair. I let Scott know that I could not run my machines until the computer was fixed.To my surprise Scott had me up and running within two hours.
