Fantastic place! I cracked my phone screen a couple months ago and got it fixed at Lynden Park Mall in which the guy messed up the touch sensitivity on my phone. I cracked my phone again and decided this was the world telling me I needed to get it officially fixed, so I spent hours deciding which place to trust this time. I went to Mobilemend and Mohammad was such an honest and friendly guy! He showed me the different kinds of screens I could replace my broken screen with. He showed me price difference and explained everything. When I returned (only an hour later), he let me test the phone and the touch sensitivity has been perfect and the resolution is way better than before! I even found out it has lifetime warranty, so if the screen starts to malfunction, I can go back and they will replace it! Love this place! Definitely recommend! He even gave me a free tempered glass screen protector!

Over the years, I've had my iPhone repaired for a cracked screen (on a few occasions, as I'm clumsy), my charging port fixed and my iPhone battery replaced. This location came highly recommended when it came to fixing the screen on my daughter's new phone. When I spoke to a rep at this location, they were informative about the process of the repair, the cost and the time line. The rep then highly suggested that before I pay for the repair, that I should contact the manufacturer for repair first since it may be covered under warranty. The honesty the rep showed, and the desire to help the customer first and the bottom line second, is a testament to the integrity to the business as a whole.

Mohammed saved me hours of watching Youtube to try to switch my old phone data to my new cell. He patiently explained to me that I had over 14,000 texts on my old cell and how we can set a maximum for the new one. I finally learned the difference between a SIM card and SD micro card. Once the new phone was up & running, he sat with me beyond his closing time to go over my most-used apps to make sure they were running the way I wanted. And his one final trip to change my clock to 24-hour caused us both to laugh. Cost-effective, friendly, knowledgeable, local, goes above & beyond...that was my experience with Mohammed. Nathan and the crew really hooked it up. My iPad had a smashed screen and it came back like brand new. Was a bit more than I was quoted at other places but they take care of it like Apple would. Not like some 30 minute guy in the mall. It's like pizza, if you want assured quality , pay the bit extra. If you want a frozen premade pizza pie warmed up for 5 minutes for a bit less, go there. These guys are professionals!

I had ran over my iPhone 6. It was completely destroyed & warped. I had all my photos of my daughter who is now 7.5 months so I was completely devastated when I plug it into my computer and it said no pictures or vidoes could be found. I prepared myself for the worst thinking they wouldn't be able to get my photos back. I spoke to Mohammed and he was very nice. He called me back the same day just a few hours later saying that he it took a lot of work but he got all of my photos back. I couldn't believe it and I'm so happy. Mohammed is great, fast recovery. I recently had developed a problem with my iPhone. I was having a huge problem of being able to charge the phone and when lucky enough to get it to charge the battery was only holding the charge for a few hrs. I figured I would need to have to spend the hundreds of dollars for new phone. By recommendation I took it to Mobilemend in Brantford. Nathan looked at it was able to clean it, offered to replace the battery at such a reasonable price I left more than he asked and he could do it as I waited. I called a couple of mobile repair shops in order to fix my iPhone 6s Plus as the screen was broken and I thought to visit mobilemend first (it was the only place I visited though and I'm glad I did). Mohammad actually showed me how original apple screen looks like and how can we identify it so, I decided to go with that for my iPhone. After the repair he actually showed me the same original apple mark behind the screen which was broken as he showed me on the original one which he had put in my phone. He is an honest, professional and very intelligent man or I would say simply the best employee Mobilemend has. Excellent customer service (to be honest I haven't experienced anything like this before), knowledgeable staff, great and affordable prices and my phone was fixed with an hour of time frame which was outstanding. I also bought a screen guard which is worth the price. Way to go Mohammad! I would highly recommend this place to everyone out there.

Nate is very personal and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the client is happy. (That's why I gave 4 star's.) Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I didn't receive a call from his co-worker regarding what was wrong with the phone, or when it was ready to be picked up. They couldn't find my wife's charger when she picked the phone up. Have to make another trip to go get it. However, I definitely recommend them just based on my experience with Nate.
