Nothing but a great experience with Ken. I reached out to Ken about building a custom PC. Some of the parts i was looking for were proving rather difficult to find, but Ken was able to find me a pre-built from his manufacturer close to what i was looking for and we added some stuff in to meet my needs From the start Ken was spectacular to deal with. You can tell he really enjoys what he does! He explains everything, shows you everything and ensures you know what you're getting and what he did! Would recommend to anyone, especially people with little computer knowledge, he will help you find what you need at a reasonable price! Thanks a lot Ken, you've most definitely made me a return customer!

I accidentally spilled a liquid on my keyboard and my computer died. I called Ken and he immediately got back to me. I took my computer to him and he verified that my computer could not be repaired. He was able to retrieve my pictures, delivered my new computer to me the next day and helped me set it all up. Thank you Ken!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ken's Computers when I had an urgent issue with my business computer! My call was answered immediately and he came to my rescue within 20 minutes of speaking with him. He tested the system on site and advised me that he would have to take it back to his shop to find out what was going on. My old computer died. A friend recommended Ken. He called me right back and was here within two hours. Took away the frustrating old computer and within 3 days had me sitting at a brand new computer and monitor. Had downloaded every bit of info I had, was so very pleasant, and the price was very fair. I love my new computer and yesterday while trying to recover a dropped pen I shut the whole thing down when moving the computer desk. A quick phone call to Ken and 2 minutes later all was fine again.
