My options were, go spend $2200.00 for a new computer or get my HP All in One Touch Screen fixed. I had never been to Hill's before or any other computer repair shop for that matter but on trips to the Rez I passed him all the time. So, that's where I went!! You make choices in life, some are great some are not so great!! Jeff told me it would be x amount of dollars to clean out my computers hard drives and x amount of dollars to install Windows 10. I also needed a new keyboard and a new mouse as well as a virus detector, those last three things were my idea. I went in a couple of days later and they informed me that my computer was ready, that surprised me because it wasn't supposed to be done until the following day. Not being overly swift with computers and because I suffer from memory loss I asked Jeff if he would install a few programs and sites that I use more often. This took him about an hour to do. When it came time to pay, it was about 15 dollars less than what he quoted me, he didn't charge for the extra time, he deducted the initial Bench deposit and he did it with a smile on his face. Asi was about to leave he said , hold up, I want to blow the dust out of that, to which he did. He then carried my computer to my car as he noticed I had been dealing with a bad foot injury. We make choices in our lives, some are great choices, some are not. Hill's Computer Service was one of those great choices. Thank you Jeff Thank youn Karen Sincerely Ken, a happy customer

Bought an android box off of them in 2016, i was asked if i wanted the better one for a bit more, I asked if ANYTHING went wrong with it could he fix it? he said i would only need a download if I ever experienced any sort of problems with it, and that the product was fantastic! I purchased it and now it has stopped working, i took it in today for it to be fixed and told me that they are no good anymore, that I would need to buy a different one now. Thanks again for up selling the more expensive one for it to work less then 6 months, i guess as long as you made your dollar for the day, who cares right? that 1 star should be a no star also!!
