Don was so a accommodating in looking at our laptops; backing up all data on one we had "fried" and upgrading mine to windows 10, swapping out for a better hard drive & eliminating some viruses. I feel like I have a brand new laptop. It's 5 X faster now! Don is excellent at what he does & I highly recommend his services.

Don is very knowledgable and gave a second life to my well used and well loved 17" Macbook Pro. Fixing it was no simple feat! 1. The hard drive was dead and needed the data recovered. 2. New drive and operating system needed to be installed. 3. The laptop was overheating, new control software had to be installed. 4. The laptop was no longer charging and the internal power jack receiver needed to be replaced. Don is a great guy who is very fair with his prices. If like me you were a bit sceptical about someone working out of their home office, don't be! He is very professional and definitely trust worthy! I would (and have) recommend him in a heart beat!

Don is a miracle worker. He was very affordable and efficient. Initially I had sent my laptop to a repair fellow in Ajax to fix the issues I was dealing with. I finally got my laptop back after approx 3 months. I couldn't access my original hard drive or any of my programs. Randy Britton Took laptop to another “reputable” service company and for $100 received my computer back as slow as it was when brought in. “Sorry that’s the best we could do” was the response.
