I had been in this store a couple times over that last few years but was only "browsing". I recently had to turn over a laptop computer that was not charging and I did not want to take a chance on whether or not it was the battery or the charger malfunctioning. Paul was a bit stumped as to how to proceed because he had neither a battery nor a charger with which to test the laptop. He gambled on the charger by purchasing one and won! We now have a new charger and a laptop that can be charged. Many thanks and recommended for computer repairs.

The guy acted like I was asking the world from him trying to buy something. He sighed at every question and was rude to the other employees. That was my first visit there, and will be my last. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I did finally get what I came in for.

took my PC in for cleaning...Paul did not clean it properly charged like $50 and broke my fan claiming it was already broken...quick spray with air did not take anything apart to clean proper and broke my fan then lied about it NEGATIVE 10 stars. would not go there again ever even if my PC was on fire. Horrific Customer service rude and unprofessional overcharged for something i could of done myself then broke my sh*t too. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My elderly father who is having memory issues..locked himself out of his new laptop.. The gentleman told him basically his new computer was garbage.. I will not return here because I feel that wasn't called for.. And like why make someone feel bad about a purchase they made somewhere else.. Not cool sorry...
