COMPLETE SCAM. Do not trust this guy with any of your electronics. He "repaired" a broken screen on our iPad. We got it back and the button. Was stuck in. We brought it back and he said it's not his problem. Now the screen has completely separated from the ipad. He is extremely rude, he yelled and swore at us when we asked for warranty.

Excellent service and very professional. I brought my iPhone 5s in with a broken screen to get repaired and he had it fixed in under two hours, with no issues. Any negative review given would only be by blundering idiots.

Incredibly unimpressed. Seemed good at first, but he ended up holding my s7 edge for nearly a full month and never gave called to say they didn't have the screen. 3 visits and no results. Overpaid for s5 screen replacement for the better price on s7 edge that never materialized. He said it was the supplier's fault which I can understand. He said the screen became possible to buy but didn't want to charge me that much due to the price we agreed upon. Never bothered calling me though. Near a month later I pick up the phone and he says sorry but really just made a while bunch of excuses. Bottom line: don't bother. Ask around at the mall to see who the major companies use locally. Apparently they're much more reliable.

Scam alert this place is a rip off and scammed me money. Brought a phone in to replace screen as a gift a couple months ago they didn't have even the correct colors to match my screen. Then when I payed and took it back out of town as a gift noticed that there is a defect in the screen with a black discoloration. I call them back when I get a chance and say that the screen they put in is defective. I would then have to find time to go pick up the phone and give the owner the phone and explain the situation he agreed and said he would fix it. I give these people from September to Oct 1st as there store was closed before 4pm with a police officer posted up outside there door to tell me there closed this has alerred me to tell me maybe these guys are scamming other innocent customers . when I came in Oct 3 2017 I told the owner I'm here for my phone and he went to the back to pick up my phone and then started to tell me that it's been here too long and past 30 days I remindex him that I gave him the phone and gave him time to look into it as I am a very busy person and don't want to rush him. Then he tells me sorry he can't fix the problem and that it was now 3 months since they replaced the phone. I then again reminded him that the phone has been sitting in there shop since then and not with me. Basically he did not want to fix the defective screen they gave me and made an excuse. To top it off the owner tells me technically he can smash my phone throw it in the garbage in front of me. I let him know that he cannot steal money from me and he cannot do that to people in the community. This place is ripping people off stealing from customers. People like this should not be in business as a member of the media and community I advised him that I will be making reviews and educating people who they are. Please do not go to these people if you want proper service I would look into alternative shops. I don't see them in business for long and hope to see justice. I would hate to see some innocent children or families being ripped off by this fraudulent business. Very rude, childish and uneducated owner.

I have always had great experiences here. Since 2012 I have brought in three different models of phones for repair, one for unlocking, and purchased one phone from here as well. The repairs were for screen damages and one for damage caused by moisture. Service was always excellent, and performed in a timely manner, and the prices are more than reasonable. I have been a return customer for 5 years, and will continue to be.

Had my iPhone 5s screen replaced. the day after it was very slow to react to touch and was very laggy. I didn't have time to return immediately. Two days after a small crack appeared near the ear speaker at no fault of my own. I went back to appleberry and he would do nothing for me. He was very rude and said it was my own fault. Will not be returning ever. The store is also very dirty and smells musty and like bad curry. Do not go there. Rip off artists

Ill never use Appleberry again. Took my phone to have a screen replaced and he called and said the battery needed to be replaced even though i never had issues. When i paid almost $200 for the repairs i drove away and got one block and the phone was so hot i couldnt touch it. I went back to appleberry and he said i did something not true. . The phone back exploded from a used bad battery exploding . . Bad customer service!!

I got my phone fixed a month ago from this place there’s still a piece of glass stuck in my camera and I cracked my phone really easily never has happened before my screen keeps freezing to the point that I have to power my phone off and then I’ll be on it scrolling through social media my screen will be starting to touch button and mess up everything to the point I have to power it off again

Called to see how much it would cost to replace the front glass on a Samsung a51 and the guy told me it can't be done that I have to change the entire lcd screen. Glad I called before taking it in.this place will never get any of my business ever. CPR on KGR will get 100% of my business now. And the kid that answered the phone was rude.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience here. Pretty much the exact same as the review below. Take phone in and he fixed it quickly. Realized next day that it was not typing properly. As I'm out of town I planned on bringing it in today to see if he would replace it. I notice a crack just from being in my pocket for a couple days. He won't do anything because of the crack. Very rude and uncooperative. Do NOT go here. I will NEVER return myself.
