Bhagyesh handled my case well, running the diagnostics and explaining what would happen; I was provided with a new iPad within 48 hours. Staff at this location are friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Not sure if this review page covers all locations or just Brandon, MB, but this is specifically in relation to the Brandon, MB location in the Shopper's mall. The service is absolutely superb there, big props to the whole team, but special shout out to Emily who was helped me personally every time I was in. I came back after a few months and she still recognised me. I'm terrible at remembering faces, but that made me feel a little special. I actually went in because I was shopping to get a combined family plan for me and my siblings. I'm currently with Rogers, and when I went to the Rogers location in the mall, they just told me to go to Wireless Wave, which was weird, but okay. But now that I've gotten service from Wireless Wave, I'm never going anywhere else again. When I just got my new phone, Emily laid out all my plan options and the cost of all currently available phones on paper in front of me. You can't get that kind of service from the other retailers. Also, the in store credit is very generous. I end up walking out with a bunch of random electronic goodies at only the cost of tax.

This is my first time of visiting the shop at shopper's mall. I decided to try the place based on the reviews of their existing customers who rated wireless wave high. And in all honesty, their was no exaggeration in the 5 stars being given the company. Their staff are down to earth in explaining different plans. Not in a hurry to explain the details. So friendly and cheerful. I am even planning switching to wireless wave network from the one I am currently using. Very competent and efficient staff. Please keep up your good work. My husband and I just finished getting our new samsung 8 plus phones. In 2016 we got the new G5. Both times we dealt with Gurmeet and Rory. What a great experience. They are very personable, knowledgeable and kind people. Even though we weren't new customers, we still felt valued and they always tried to give us the best deals possible. I cannot believe I am the first to rate this store!! I would give it more stars if I could. The staff of this store are the best in the business. I will drive to Brandon to deal with them rather than anyone else. I want to give a shout out to the WHOLE staff. They are excellent at what they do. No question seems too ridiculous and they know their products. They act as a team and they are wonderful to deal with. Customer service is practiced here and practiced well. If you need a phone go to Wirelessswave in the Brandon Shoppers Mall. I have dealt personally with Aaron, Jared, Rory and Emily all of which have been super. Their manager should be really proud of them. High Five to this store!!! :)

I went into the store yesterday [November 26th, 2020], just hoping to replace my Huawei P20 that was starting to fall apart. Not only did they allow me to replace it, but I now have peace of mind knowing that my old phone is going to be repaired or salvaged for parts and it will not end up in a landfill. The staff went above and beyond to give me the best possible deal and the best possible service they could give me, I will be recommending this store to everyone I know. P.S. Emily is amazing. I was on a legacy plan for so long. Rogers didn't call me or anything. I spoke with Emily on Facebook and made an appointment to go and see her. My plan was to upgrade to a new and current plan and also see about a new phone. 2 days before my visit, Emily already had my military discount code sent to me and she came up with the different options I had. She showed me the LG velvet and a few Samsung phones. I really wanted the LG Velvet, but Emily knew my new car had wireless charging and she knew it wouldn't fit in the charging bay. I ended up going with the Samsung S21+ 5G and honestly??? I'm very happy. This phone is absolutely wonderful and it fits like a glove in my wireless charging bay. I didn't have to do any setting up, she even applied my military discount and used her personal wifi hotspot to set my phone up as the store wifi was being very difficult. Very happy with Emily and I can't remember the name of the lady that was working with her, but all 3 of us had good laughs and conversation and honestly I feel like more than just a customer. Thanks again and I hope wireless wave acknowledges Emily's amazing customer service skills.

The staff at Wireless Wave are absolutely fantastic After getting an new iPhone from BellMTS I realized I had no data After 3 trips back to Brandon and 2 long calls with Bell tech support I was told there was nothing BellMTS could do Thankfully one helpful gentleman in the back suggested Wireless Wave They literally fixed my phone in 4 minutes Not only were they helpful and professional, they had a sense of humour !! I have very poor credit and was expecting to have to pay a large deposit but left with the phone I wanted, cheaper than expected, and with less hassle than anywhere else. Quicker too. I went in to use my protection plan that i pay for with wireless but reminder that this protection plan just works with wireless wave but is a whole separate entity from the store. I was informed by the brightstar company that i wasnt making payments even though it was set up that the money was coming out of my account the protection people told me that i had outstanding payments when i didnt because i saw the money had come out of my account. This brightstar company literally brought me to tears accusing me of not having sufficient funds. At the end of everything i had finished crying and the staff there is AMAZING they gave me a free phone case for my troubles and a hug! I have never met such amazing customer service which helps to make up for the fact that i had terrible customer serive from bright star. I would suggest this store to anybody. Theyre fantastic!!!!
