They bought my phone number from my phone company and now I can only call telus numbers. The network is slow and cuts out constantly, they say they fix it but it's never fixed. They finally fixed the email issue on thier end after 2 years. Cant call emergency numbers or doctors from other phone providers . So if you wanna risk dying from a service that doesnt work go for it . Customer service doesnt help you and belittles you . I'm switching companies and highly suggest NOT getting telus.
