I came in looking for a m.2 ssd. I was told that is not a thing that exists, and even if it was it's probably not what I need, and such a specialized part that if I return it they will never be able to sell it to anyone else and be stuck with that loss. Had to buy on Amazon instead.

Amazing customer service. If you are building a computer and are confused at a part, you can call them and they should be able to help you. Geeks also has general computer parts in their store, such as wireless connectors, connector cords, adapters, fans, and more.

I did not get a quote nor an estimate before they fixed my laptop which annoyed me. The operating system was reinstalled to fix the issue and the cost was 30% of the cost of my new laptop which I would have declined if I had known the cost. And this turned out to be a temporary fix also...and my laptop would not work again a month later with the same issue...

Doug and everyone at Geekz are quick, friendly, professional and most of all don’t make you feel stupid. This is my second time bringing a laptop in and can’t think of going anywhere else. Pricing is very fair. Thanks for noticing and giving my son a bottle of water for free because he wasn’t feeling well. No where else would that have happened!
