Excellent service, very helpful staff! I needed to send in my son's phone for repair and asked about a problem with my phone. The staff went above and beyond to help me with my phone's problem, even though that wasn't the one I brought in for service. They ended up fixing my son's phone and the camera problem on my phone. I was very happy with Cell Mechanics at every level. Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone with a cell problem.

Good service although the staff aren't time conscious. You can't plan around their promised service time. You have to keep calling to ensure you repair is ready to avoid multiple trips.

My S7 edge has been broken and as we know this Phone is Discontinued but I love my phone very much so I went to Cell Mechanics overthere the trios of Kelsey, Fudi and Drew worked on my phone to gather and they made my S7 brand new. I am very happy and recommend their services to my Friends and Family members.

A little more expensive than that other guy in town, but worth it! If you have a problem with the repair, they will fix until you are satisfied! And unlike the other guy, they behave like the professionals they are. They are Samsung certified; you guessed it, the other guy is not.

My Samsung S7 had no damage besides the LCD and they were gentle enough that you'd never tell that my phone has had work done. That's talent!! Will be recommended and will be a returning customer. Had my phone fixed a few times by then the first time it was just my screen had to go back because suddenly my battery wouldn’t hold a charge. So went back got it all fixed, my phone broke again and because I no longer live in Brandon I thought I’d try to fix myself and there are 2 screws stripped so I can not remove my screen and I haven’t had anyone else fix my phone but this company.

Thought my phone was broken and needed repaired but whoever was working there went in the back for a couple minutes and came back and my charging port was fixed / cleaned up. Didn't charge me anything! I needed a phone case anyway so I bought one there instead of online

They damaged my phone iPhone 6 plus with no reasonable explanation. Some of my friends confirmed it. If you guys are not competent to repair peoples phone i suggest you come out clear to your customers other than making mess of our phones. Very poor and unprofessional indeed

I broke the camera lens on my favorite phone. As I was traveling in from a rural area I was hoping I could get the repair done in the same day fortunately they were able to do it and just under an hour and a half. I really appreciate the extra effort, the cost was moderately high but for me it was worth it. They were very polite and professional I would go there again.

On Monday I brought my phone in to get my screen replaced as I had shattered it the day before. After a 3 hour wait (also being told it would take an hour and a half) my screen LOOKED fixed but as I was halfway home I started having issues with my screen glitching and not being able to type on it properly despite never having this issue in my life, not even while it was shattered. I called back and someone explained to me this was something called ghost screen and they would fix it for me again for free. I brought it in today to get fixed AGAIN and they typed on my phone one letter at a time but it does not happen unless you're typing like a normal person. Got my phone back again and although it was a little bit better, it still is not fixed and now I have to save money for a whole new phone. If i would have known they were going to just create a new issue for me, I would've left the screen shattered. Highly disappointed in my experience.

Booked an appointment to get my screen repaired and when I showed up they told me that it wouldn't be done until after the weekend. Being from out of town I planned an entire trip around coming for this. You would think that appointments would have a little priority to get fixed but they told me that it still wouldn't be done for 3 days
