Updated my phone here recently and Bryce T. was great! Did an excellent job of explaining what my options were and made sure I had the best plan for my needs. Poor service for mailing me statements in a language I don't understand. Plus it has 2 different names on it. My married name and my maiden name. Somehow they never would good at keeping there records up to date on changes to names, mailing addresses etc. ????
