Had to get hold of bell/mts for repairs trying to get through to anyone on the phone was a true nightmare they handed me off to six different people and different numbers to call and the last person just hung up. Later on that day when my boyfriend finally got through they figured out I needed a technician which was great they setup the appointment for the next day. Well the good news about this was they were great his name was Brad couldn't of asked for a better person. He had to leave and go do another job which was kinda my fault because we couldn't get into a room where the box was. He called and came back and finished the repair and was really good about everything one of the nicest repair person I ever had thank you and in the future he should be answering the phone.

Just bought an iPad Pro and Samsung Note Plus at the same time! I did thorough research as I am a techie but the knowledge base of the staff, I could not do without. Check out Bell online to find which models you like- then write up your contract with the counter staff, it's really that simple. I love the new store location. It was a great experience. My last purchase was 4 years ago, it was good then- and even better now!

Went in on a Friday evening and had to wait 20 minutes just to speak with someone. Had to pay $35 for a SIM card and activation. Some staff were knowledgeable, but some knew very little about cell phone technology. Frustrating experience.

Worst Customer Service ever. We booked an appointment through the store for a serviceman to install cable and home phone. When they didn't show up I called the store and was refused any help. The appointment was never booked (Even though we were assured IN STORE that it was) not to mention this was the only day we could get our schedule to work. Maybe the salesman should have been more explanative in the process of getting everything hooked up, no point in salesman anymore, no such thing as service. Worst Customer Service. Ever.

I was recently at your location at shoppers mall to discuss my wireless plan options, the female representative opened the door slightly and asked me what I need help with, I asked a few questions on the plans as my contract of wireless is already over, she said we can just stand here and talk, I did not mind due to the COVID 19 health and safety measures, she gave me the options and when I asked her if she could help to change the plan she told me they don't do it at the store I need to call the customer service which of course I did when I came back home, when I was talking to her I saw another customer inside at a desk with a representative while my business this representative completed at the door, maybe if I had upgraded my phone or plan she would have changed it for me, sorry that's how it came across, I was there on May 26th/20 around noon time

The Shoppers Mall MTS location quite possibly has the worst customer service. The man who was 'helping' me seemed very uninterested and almost annoyed that I was even at the store. He was very unwilling to help me and gave me very poor answers to any of my questions. He was constantly mumbling and not being clear with what he was even saying. No effort to make eye contact was made. He just stood around and didn't make any attempt to provide information on choosing a new device. I am 22 and he treated me like I was a child who didn't know anything. I felt very unwelcome. He made no attempt to make a sale, I walked out of the store not even wanting to upgrade my device. I HIGHLY recommend choosing the location on Victoria over this one (I rated them 5 stars). I will never return to this location.

My phone was a Galaxy S6. I loved this phone. I got it 2015. OLD,OLD. I went to the Shoppers Mall location for a phone. The person I got the phone from was not very friendly. I was having second thoughts about whether to go with Bell. I did get the phone. I had problems with it later in the evening. I went back the next day & a young man helped. His name is Mitchell Albrechtsen. He was very knowledgeable about the product, patient about all my questions and helpful.

The retail associate I spoke with was pushy about me signing a new contract, and did not acknowledge the insurance I paid on my phone. As a long standing customer, I am very disappointed in the service I received. The Bell representative did not have my best interests in mind, nor did he listen to my concerns and needs. After over 10 years with Bell, I am eagerly anticipating ending my contract with them this year.

Worst provider imaginable, will go back to Roger's as soon as humanly possible. Did not get any of my port in credits, non of the promised deals. If it seems too good, it probably is. Stay away, if your provider treats you well as a customer just stay with them even if it's a little more expensive. You will never get the deal they promised with these people, I got transferred to 4 different reps who just said "cant help you" and simply hang up with no explanation. Even if they do try to help nothing they say actually gets done, your Bill's are still through the roof with no explanation what so ever with random charges. You will probably get charged for equipment you returned months ago and just happen to get $250 added to a bill onto of other monthly charges. Just stay with your provider if they treat you with some human dignity and respect even of they charge you more, the headaches with these people are no worth it.

please do not buy a phone or anything from these people. customer service is 0. go in with a issue call the 1-8000 number. call the 1-800 number they tell you go to the store. they cant give you a phone protector that fits your phone rightly. special order something they just sell it off to another customer. everything is over priced and shady. mts was a great phone company bell has turned it into one of the worst ones iv had to deal with. went from paying $40 dollars a month to $105.
