if u think this shop has high reveiws plz dont visit them. they looted me they play hoax with me. they took $50 for fix hing of laptop but they just soldering it rather than replace by new one. even they wifi wires didnt fix. ???????????????? full story so that nobody take it as a fake review. it was dell inspiron n3521, one hinge was broken they said it will take $50 to fix. they didn't replace by it new one hinge they just glue the old hinge. and after 2 days it broken again and amazing thing was wifi wires found still broken . they didn't fix them. evidence are in the pictures check photos

After my mac air got infected by computer scammers, I was freaking out. I went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad man said he would clean out my computer for $189.99. Meanwhile, the Geek Squad man was soo cold; it seemed like he just couldn't be bothered with me. So instantly, I looked up computer repair and SK Computers came up, so I instantly drove there. The guy working said I'd be charged $50, so I was like: YEAH THANK YOU, JESUS! While the Best Buy said they would fix my computer in 1 or 2 days, the guy at SK said 1 or 2 hours. I stood there as he worked on my laptop and he was soo nice. I asked him a lot of questions and he answered all of them. My computer was fixed really fast and and at a really really good price. He even went beyond just cleaning out my computer. He installed ad block and other stuff to help keep my computer safe. So I'm really happy I made a quick exit from Best Buy. The price of 189.99 plus tax wouldn't have gotten me everything SK Computers got me. I know where to go whenever I have issue with my computer. Two thumbs up!! Only suggestion, I think they should get a small bench so people can sit and wait. That's it.

I was in need of some laptop repair and I searched over the internet for laptop repair shops in Brampton and there I got to know about SK computers. I went there and Sudhan came to rescue my laptop. The service was professional, timely and affordable. Also there was a problem in the laptop’s charger cord and Sudhan gave me a new cord without charging extra for that. Thanks Sudhan. I’ve been going to SK computers for several years now, and it is one of the few computer repair retail establishments where you leave feeling that you paid decent amount for amazing service and results. You never feel ripped off, the work is done on time, and there are often decent hardware and other items available for sale that comes in handy at the right time. The staff is professional, sincere, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! No negative attitudes, which is very rare nowadays. I was new to Canada, it had been only a couple if weeks getting acclamistised to the place and people .I had to visit my friend in Brampton wherein I had some personal work and the laptop was needed to do the needful work. Suddenly my hard drive crashed and I had no clue where to address this issue as I was pretty new to the place. I googled and found SK which has a good review and based on this confidence I met Mr.Suthan. I still had doubts in my mind if getting ripped with unnecessary expenses as we are hardly literate in terms of the technicalities involved to repair a laptop. Mr.Suthan was so calm and composed in terms of explaining me the issue in the laptop and the methods along with the cost incurred to clear the same. I was very much impressed by the simplicity and the honesty of this individual in terms of running his business and taking customer satisfaction as the primary objective rather focussing on how to loot the customer. The charges are reasonable. The service is quick and timely, I got my laptop within the same day(within 3 hrs precise). I could do my work and had less stress in terms of the aftermath that may follow due to the delay. In all I would recommend anyone living around Brampton to please rely on SK computers for any assistance with regards your laptops,pc etc. He is a Gem of a person. I brought my laptop to him on sunday evening to figure out what was going on with it. The computer eas able to turn on but the screen was black and wouldnt show anything. He was able to diagnose the problem in 30 seconds. He told me to wait a bit just so he can check it out. So I went to the Mcdonads across the street amd a drink and came back. When i did he had came up the exaft problem of my computer. I was shocked because i was only gone for a couple minutes. He told me the job could take 2-3 days because he needed the parts. I asked if it were possible to get it by tomorrow, he said it will be very difficult because he may not have the parts to fox it but he will try. The next day, Monday, in the afternoon, I called as soon as I knew the shop was open. And he had finished everything, he also told me me that there was more wrong with the computer then I had thought and offered to fix those extra things free of charge. I agreed over the phone, and he told me to wait about half an hour so he can fix the remaining problems. The he called me to let me know my laptop was ready. I went to pick it up and my laptop was working like brand new. He is such a great guy, great customer service. I wanted to leave a tip but the debit machine didnt have a tip option lol. Extremely fast turnaound! Fixed my computer in less than a day. And he DOES NOT charge an arm and a leg for his services. I'm a post secondary student so I was hesitant to spend my hard earned cash on fixing an old laptop but he understand that and charge a very very REASONABLE price, unlike the 5 other shops I brought it to the same day in brampton. I highly recommend you check him out if you need a laptop repaired or anything else repaired!!!!

I am VERY disappointed with the customer service I have received. I went to SK computers because of all the good reviews I read, but it's a trap!! The guy that I was in contact with to fix my tablet was NOT reliable at all. When talking to him on the phone on multiple occasions to sort out part issues, he told me he will call me back in 20 min and never did. It took me to call him to get any answers. Was told it would be read by the evening of one day or at latest the next day morning. When I called that night he then said it would be noon the next day and would call me. Noon came and went and still no phone call. I finally called around 230 and he told me to come at 330 to pick it up. Was there exactly at 330 but he was not there and neither was my tablet. When he showed up he said he was on his way to get it and it would be 20 min. So I then went to wait in my car. That 20 min turned into an hour and 20 min. Will never use the company again and I suggest you don't either!!

I visited SK Computers with an issue with my macbook as it was showing nothing on the screen, other companies / techs were saying that your video card is not working etc etc etc... If you looking for honesty, this is the place. I moved 2 hours away but will continue to use their services for the professionalism, good prices but mostly for the honesty. Brought my laptop to be fixed yesterday. Knowing it was long drive Suthan fix it "on the spot" (3 hours) and charged me $25 - yes you are reading this correctly "twenty five". Since my friend referred their services 3 years ago I been doing the same and all of my friends and family keep on coming back for the same reasons. I see some bad reviews but they are either fake from competitors or from grumpy people who are never happy anyway. Just ignore those and give it a try yourself.

He repaired my laptop jack for $65 which only lasted 9 months and when i came back to the shop with same issue again, he said he will do it for $30. He kept the laptop for more than a month saying the right jack wasn't in stock. and then he repaired with another regular jack and asked me to try it. It broke down in a week again and upon calling him, i was told come back when covid's over because he didn't wanted to do it properly. I didn't call him again because it wasn't worth the hassle. Later, i found out from another tech that jack wasn't even the problem. There was something wrong with motherboard. I am using the laptop from almost 9 months with no issues.

He sent her the file to Waterloo over an email before midnight deadline!! He goes over the board to help but like I said the most important is his honesty. Every time I bring something in their's always an issue. Brought my iPad in to get the screen fixed by the one guy, cheap yes but it does not work well, should have went to apple instead, brought my Samsung tablet in and was told it would be ready in 2 days, came back and was told they couldn't find a screen to put on it so they didn't fix it. Took my boss's iPad in, was told come back in 3 days, came back and they said the same thing as the tablet. Brought my laptop in, was told it would be ready the next day, went to pick it up, the guy said he needed another 30-40 minutes, I gave him an extra day, came back a day later and it is still not fixed. Nothing against the people who work there but you need to work on your customer service skills and take responsibility. The least you could do is call the customer and tell them you need more time but you fail to do that, resulting in an angry customer and wasted time.

SK computers basically saved my life. My hard drive for my Macbook Pro had crashed days away from when my post grad apps and midterms were. When i took it to Apple, they had said they couldn't retrieve my files. I took it to a third party and they said my hard drive has failed and it was impossible to retrieve my files. I then was recommended to give SK computers a call. Within 2 hours of dropping off my laptop, I got a call from Kajan saying the job was done and all my files were intact. I came in with fairly basic knowledge, but Suthan (The owner and my supervisor) was the best mentor I could have had. I was able to quickly learn the ins and outs of laptop and desktop computer. Suthan was able to teach me a variety of things from swapping screens and keyboards in laptops to assembling desktops. He even taught me about the various parts of a motherboard and how to identify fried capacitors, water damage etc.. Even on extremely busy days, Suthan would always do his best to get every customer's device serviced with care and attention at the fastest possible time. At SK Computers we always tried to provide the customers with the most options for available, if there were cheaper ways or just getting a new device would be better we'd inform the customers - the last thing we wanted was to push nonsensical plans just to gain more money. I recently in December '18 brought my son's laptop to be repaired for a broken screen and inability to turn on(feared the motherboard or hard drive were totalled). He was anxious as he did not want to lose his information on the laptop. We brought it in on a Saturday at 10:00am and was assured the screen would be fixed quickly and then the startup problem could be looked at. I received a phone call and it was explained the various problems-we were in the neighbourhood so we dropped in. We were provided with several options that were cost effective and my son chose to have the hard drive put to a separate drive. We left and came back in 2 hours. We returned to find the computer working perfectly, the screen fixed , and all important data saved-it was working like new. The cost for the repairs was the real shock-it was so inexpensive and far cheaper than I had imagined. The repairs were expertly done for a more than a reasonable price and all within 4 hours the same day! I strongly recommend SK computers to anyone requiring service and price when addressing computer problems.

I've been to Suthan over 6 times in the last few years. Initially it was to repair tablet screens on my Samsungs - he did a great job, but my kids ended up breaking them again anyway. My laptop screen was broken and he swapped screens from my other laptop in 30 minutes. Sadly my 3 year old daughter stepped on it and broke it again - he gave me a new one in 30 minutes. Don't bother calling anyone for prices - just go and see him.

I consider myself decent at fixing my friends and my own computers as I had plenty of experience working with all sorts of problems but there was one problem I could not fix. My Sony Vaio Laptop kept on freezing on certain webpages and videos for a few minutes and then come back, and there were also times where it would not even come back. I tried restoring the computer a couple times and trying to fix the problem but to no luck. I finally decided to take it to SK Computers after searching for a dependable shop where I told Suthan my problem. He gave me a estimate and I agreed to hand over my laptop to him. I got a virus in my almost new laptop, made a mistake of taking it to the University tech. shop. I was charged $35 just for diagnoses and received a quote of $60 an hour, with a possibility of around 3 hours of work, what a nightmare.
