Don’t even risk to visit them. I visited them to get my touch screen fixed. Laptop was working fine absolutely. They broke the laptop it doesn’t even turn on now. No display no boot at all. I have lost a 1500 dollar laptop due to these idiots. The reason they explained to me for this was windows update. This statement in itself sufficient to explain how unprofessional, incompetent and irresponsible they are. I hope you shut your garage shop soon. PS: Now that they agreed it was due to updates in the below comment. They should learn the basics that a locked laptop cannot update by itself. Had it been an issue with updates, millions of Microsoft Windows users would have faced this issue and it would have become an international news.

Tried charging $150 for a simple SDD replacement, LOL take your business somewhere else. edit: its not a fake review. I'm a technician myself and I know what the issue was, however telling me that not only there was something wrong with something, when I ran scans then you're clearly running a scam.

Rohit is honestly an amazing mechanic. My laptop hinge was so broken that it started to affect the screen and I have a 2017 predator Helios 300 gaming laptop. Rohit was able to fix it within a day and for a fraction of the price the Acer was offering to do it for. He also explained everything in detail before doing anything ensuring that I knew exactly what was being done. My laptop was not charging and took it to them twice. The first time they replaced the battery and apparently fixed some shorts. The second time I was not sure what they did. After a few days using the laptop, it would charge again. I finally took the laptop apart myself and found the the charging port to have a broken wire. I am not sure how they missed the broken wire as this would have been the first thing I would look at. I don't know what you are talking about, you had my laptop twice for over a 3 weeks each time. Each time you repair it, it failed again within two days. I don't understand how did not check the very first thing that connects the charge to the rest of the laptop. I order the part myself and replaced the wire and my laptop has been running fine since.

Never visit them ! They broke my laptop and their customer dealing is awful. The staff is not proficient. They deliberately damage your laptop and don't cover it in mentioned warranty. I would have rated them negative if there was an option. Also, just go through all comments given by users. My bad, if I would checked them, one would never avail their services. Your work should speak rather than your comments which are defending each and every user.

Rohit and his team did an amazing job fixing my laptop that I feared was completely dead. I brought in my fairly new laptop that was without power and would not turn on and they were able to fix it within 2.5 weeks. My biggest worry/concern was loosing my data and I didn't have high hopes of them being able to retrieve it which would be devastating to me. But throughout, Rohit was confident that they'd be able to restore my machine and all of my data with it. They were able to recover everything, my laptop works perfectly, is fully restored and they charged me reasonably and fairly for the work done. I give them 5 stars.

Brought in 2 lenovo flex laptops, one older with hdd and other with ssd. Asked him to move the hdd to the newer one. He was kind enough to do that and threw in a samsung hdd in the older laptop. However, older laptop has not worked the same since then...extreme lag to this day. He charged 200 for this... I opened the back myself, found his "ROHIT" sticker. I am just wondering if he took out original RAM or other parts from my older laptop. That old laptop has not been the same ever since I gave it to him and I don't know why. I even replaced the samsung hdd with another hdd w new OS....still ridicilous lag. Cannot go through folders, browse etc. Don't waste your money here, he has private clients. Go find a diligent business.
