Went to pick up a package that was redirected to this store due to the Canada Post strike situation and my package looked as though it had been tampered with. The box was pried open on both sides. I know that the company I ordered from would not send a package in that condition to a customer, and UPS handles their packages carefully. It seems as though someone in the store damaged my package. I will be following up with the company I ordered from about this. Unacceptable.

I find the staff are not knowledgable and mislead their customers. I have been in the computer/peripherals industry for quite sometime now and know a thing or two. When you try to question them or ask them to explain why they recommend certain items they tend to hesitate and not give straight forward answers. They knew that I was well informed and I guess they don't like dealing with people like that. Just my opinion and prices seemed a bit higher compared to others

Very rude service. This is one of the Access Points of UPS. I went to pick my parcel at about 6:20pm and the guy was very rude in replying that UPS services only between 10:30am and 6pm. UPS, this guys will bring bad names to you! I did not want to give even one star but without giving a star I was unable to post this, that is the reason why I gave one star.

Sukhwinder is a non cooperative greedy computer repair man. His cost is twice as much as other computer stores. Go to another store and you will get more honest and cheaper prices. Other computer store charged me $10 for what he charges $50 for a 5 minutes job. That is $1000 per hour. Even lawyers don't charge that much. He sends me messages because I am telling the truth. Lol. He replaced my power supply for $140. Other computer store told me $35. So Shop around. Go to another store for much better prices.

I messed up my Alienware Area 51 R2 gaming desktop, wouldn’t boot, or post. Embit Computers diagnosed the issue and after I sourced the part, installed it for me. It was some quickly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

Their prices are reasonable, but only because the parts and products they use are knockoffs and are nowhere near the standards of the parts needed for a fix. If you have anything that is a valuable, it is important you find someone who is a reputed store and not this excuse of a company that cuts corners to widen their profits. From my personal experience, their products and parts have a lifeline of 2-3 months before they stop working. Take your business elsewhere and get it repaired once and for all.

I went to pick up a UPS package and the guy working there displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disrespectful. Even though I was not there to buy a computer, this store is still a UPS access point, therefore he works for UPS and should represent them (more so himself and his business) in a professional manner.

Wanted to thank Sukhwinder again! He truly saved my 10 year old iMac 27’ mid 2011 when I thought it was all over. Well, the MAC IS BACK!!! Yayy! ???????????? They replaced my graphics video card and few other things due to old age. Best lesson learned, to make sure that dust does not affect her in the future. I had installed a new SSD Drive internally and all my original HD/ apps/ docs were cloned (from old SSD) and ready to operate the identical OS X High Sierra like nothing had ever happened. Dropped her off on the Tuesday, had her back by Friday! Wow! The confidence and brilliance of this place is very reassuring. They are true to their word and i knew immediately that the Mac was in perfect hands. My iMac 27’ 2011 is running like it did when I first purchased her. She’s still got some good years left to give. So thankful! The cost was amazing, couldn’t find this expertise, timing or honesty anywhere else! Now that I know that you’re near by, EMBIT Solutions- I will never go anywhere else for Apple certified service.

Needed to get my 2012 MacBook Pro battery replaced. Apple needed to take my computer in for 5-10 days to replace the battery. and Embit Computers was able to replace the battery in less than a day! Dropped if off Friday at 5pm and got my MacBook back by 1pm on Saturday. They even aligned the top screen housing because it was slightly kinked from me dropping the laptop. Quick, reliable, and effective service from Emibit has always been received by me. I have probably brought in over 6 laptops to him over the last 5 years and haven't managed to bring him a problem that he wasn't able to solve quickly and always at a very reasonable price.' He always ends up calling me to say the unit is ready for pickup, before I think of reaching out to him. I read a few of the reviews and all these freaky people trying to pickup UPS parcels without doing their homework first --> sorry your own fault. As a logistics manager myself, I recommend to avoid UPS whenever possible - nothing but trouble from all my past experiences. Go FedEx.

------> SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS! PLEASE READ WHY <------- My wife has been experiencing an issue with her laptop. The issue was during booting, it would make a beep sound (3 beeps). Upon bringing the laptop here for a solution to solve the problem, the employee at the store mentioned I'd have to leave for the day to determine the cause of the problem. Sure enough, that is what I did. They called me the next day and advised that the laptop might have an issue with its motherboard and the total cost with labour would be $300 (they gave me a rough estimate). I declined the work because the laptop is 6 years old (originally bought in 2014). I took it to another store for a second opinion and they were able to give me a solution on the spot. The RAM stick in the laptop was faulty. The other store charged me only $70 for the RAM stick (8GB stick) and only $30 to install it. My problem was fixed instantly by another business. I'm wondering if this place tried to scam me, there must be other victims out there. A con artist will always be a con artist. Shame on you, Embit Solutions! I'm not saying to not come here, but if they are claiming that your repair will costs hundreds of dollars, get an opinion from another place. Don't be fooled by their smooth talks.
