Terrible experience I put my laptop to fix it & they made it worse. Not even good customer service. Owner never give response & when you trying to reach him, he pretends like he is the most busy guy... Genuine Advise to all - Never trust this place..

Hours are not accurate, and calling the phone line. No option to get direct contact with owner. Service is great, and responsive in person. Had a battery changed in the past. Currently, had hard disk issue. Spent 190 on hard disk costing 85 (samsung 500GB) + 105 labor/ installing. If I bought it myself and have him install it. I did not ask him, but if I did would the price be different? Cause I would of gotten a TB or something greater if I paid so much. Also, my windows key was not visible. I had to personally activate it. Otherwise I would get a watermark. Either way, I wasn't presented options to best suite my understanding. I had to get it done no matter what, and due to COVID times. You have to support local.
