STAY AWAY!! Not professional at all, you will get played and he is not sorry for that. Leaving the store with our computer said will be back in 1 hour, it didn't happen. Told me later in the night he needs at least 3 hours and will keep me posted after I texted him, it didn't happen. Then things escalated very fast, waited till next day, not answering my phone calls, not texting me back for the ENTIRE DAY while our store cannot open because of that. Texted him that i will pay him a visit(he gave me address when he left the store with our computer, thank god!), finally texted me back when I parked outside of his house, told me he is NOT HOME, he is injuried and at his girl friend's place, told me he needs more time, said will keep me posted when he gets home. Googled him while i was sitting duck and dont understand why he is doing that to me since that computer doesn't worth a dime to him(but it is priceless to me since all The sales data is all in there). Apparently i am not the FIRST VICTIM. Someone hired him to fix computer and got screwed that they didn't hear back from him for THREE MONTHS because he won't answer phone and text. So i told him regardless, i want my computer back tonight as this whole thing really freaked me out and i almost call the cops for help. And he react AGGRESSIVELY, he said, I quote: "Call the cops? Wow, go ahead. I'll call them now and update them." Do not want to worsen the situation as i am pretty desprete now, so i reinforced that i acknowledge his injury and feel sorry for that. Few minutes later, told me his girl friend's car won't start, and wondering if i can pick him up. Headed over the address he texted only been told half way through that the car started, no need to go pick him up. I figured what the hell, i will go pay the new address a visit since i have been dealing with this situation for the whole night already. GUESS WHAT?! It is a damn FAKE address! No such a house number 221 on Paton Crescent. Pretent i didnt know that, texted the guy are you home now. Told me yes, went back to the old address, only to find there is no new vehicles parked outside since i left. I figured, i am screwed, either this is a FAKE address as well or he never left the house and just been playing with me the WHOLE TIME! And i am hoping for the later now. Long story short, i finally got it back. YEAH!!!! Pat on the back for me. Lesson learnd? Never trust any stranger who took your belongings regardless how well he groomed.

I bought a printer from someone else and there was one light line along the side when it printed. I called him and asked if he could fix this and he said no problem and quoted me $50. Said it would be ready by 10am the next day. I texted at 11 and he said he would get back to me soon. 4 hours later I texted and he said he was working on it. He sent me photos and it was 30 times worse then when I brought it to him. He tried to blame the people I bought it from and said they were just trying to sell it broken when I had tested it with them and that was definitely not the case. I asked if he was going to charge me if it was worse then when I brought it to him. He said no. Shortly after he started and continud to send many manipulative texts saying he was injured and I was taking advantage of him which was so low during covid. He said that he made it better and there were no lines and that I was cruel. He put it outside for me. I brought a friend because I was scared to approach him. I brought it home and it was even worse than the photos he sent me. It's not even usable now and according to him it's me that's a low person just taking advantage of him. This is not a professional company.
