This place is the cheapest in town! I use to go to tech-box but they are not doing repairs at the moment so I called ubreakifix and they were double what 22nd CPC was going to charge me. 22nd CPC also has a great deal on electronics and are willing to accept a bit of haggling if youre a little short on money! Theyre very knowledgeable on phones and computers. The reason for 4/5 stars is the only issue I had was receiving a call back wasnt on time as promised but I do understand they are very busy and I can see a lot of success coming out of their business. Thanks a bunch guys and I will see you again %100.

He actually had let me go half price on a expensive cell phone (iPhone 5s) when I had very little$ money and no where to go, I asked him if he could help me out with a cell phone cause I will be able to get a place to stay if I can get a cell to call n text around n he helped me, n gave me the charger totally free this is not for saying anyone will get that kinda help or promoting the fact that anyone can get that particular help but I recommend this cell phone repair guy on 22nd to anyone who needs help with their cell phone or computer fix . These guys are scammers. I brought in two projectors (valued at over $2000) for repair. Every time I called to check in they said that they were just waiting for parts to come. They now said that the projectors have been recycled and the cases are gone. In the meantime I had recommended a friend to get their projector repaired because we couldn't find anywhere else in the city. He got the same response and decided to pick up his broken projector six months later.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WITH MACBOOKS I CAME IN FOR A REPAIR AND WENT HOME WITH A BROKEN LAPTOP I brought my gfs laptop in there for a battery replacement (it would work plugged into the wall but when I unplug the charger it would shut off) the guy put a used battery in our laptop and tried passing it off as a new one . He returned it to me off saying it was dead and that they dont have that model charger in the store to show me it works. ( so how did they know they fixed it ??) I then took it home and it would not work, I went to a store a bought a brand new charger and bought it in to show the guys it didn't work. The guy charged me 50$ to put my battery back in my computer leaving me with not even enough money to fix my computer and my laptop doesnt even work. I am behind on my school work now and probably going to fail my credit. I have been waiting for them for over 10 days. They called me and told me they would order a brand new battery it would take them 2 weeks. (But they never did) so when I called to check on how things were going they were just waiting for me to come and get my laptop without replacing the battery. Absolutely horrible I could not believe it. I have bought atleast 5 phones from them in the past and they may be good at fixing phone screens but DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH LAPTOPS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR COMPUTER.

Replaced the screen on my S7 quickly, yay! Screen melted down 5 days later because of the heat. They said they will not fix or replace it. I heard a couple had a similar issue the first time I was there and they gave them the same answer. Come here if you want something fixed quickly but God help you if something goes wrong after that ????

They sell you broken stuff. Bought an outer box for note10+ a day ago and it was broken tried to see if they would replace it and said I dropped it and thats why its like that, however an outer box shouldn't break at all..... very bad review

Truly incredible service!! I don't normally write Google reviews, but I just had to this time. From the moment I called in, I was assisted with nothing but professionalism and by the time I dropped by the shop, I was in-and-out within an hour (he even offered to stay after-hours just to help me). He helped to repair my iPhone XS screen and in the future, I would definitely trust him with any product. He was absolutely humble and such a kind man and which is what single-handedly drew me to him, rather than going somewhere closer to my home location. Took my phone in for a battery change. Phone quite working a day later. Wouldn't do anything about it or even refund me for the faulty work done. When I went back they just tried to sell me a new phone. Do not recommend this place. Both times I went there other customers were arguing with them for overcharging or broken phones that were supposedly "fixed". Worst customer service I've seen in years.

I am very disappointed from my experience with 22nd Cell Phone and Computer Fix. After dropping my phone and shattering my screen, I contacted numerous repair shops for a Quote. 22nd Cell Phone and Computer Fix was very quick to respond, and offered a fair price of $250 for repairs (which may seem high, but after researching the replacement hardware being near $200, it became a little better to swallow.) Though the didn't have the LCD in stock, they were able to order and install within 2 Business Days. The issue I have is after the install. Upon picking up my phone, everything seems fine. I inspected the phone, could not see any issues and seemed to work just fine. The next evening, I noticed a small crack on the left hand side of the glass. I had not dropped the phone, and ensured great care during use. I set this on my nightstand for the evening, and by the time I awoke next morning, the crack had expanded to the length of the screen. In addition, an another crack had started on the right side of the screen, and by lunch had expanded the across the screen, meeting with the first crack, leaving a large Y-Shaped Crack right across the middle of my screen. Upon returning to 22nd Cell Phone and Computer Fix, I was met by the gentleman who installed the new LCD, and was promptly told that this could not happen without dropping, and warranty could not be offered; my only resolution would be to purchase a completely new LCD, as just the glass could not be replaced, which I declined. As I took great care of this phone, and did not drop or mishandle this phone, it leads me to believe either the screen was installed incorrectly, or came damaged. The lack of resolution or empathy was quite frustrating, forcing a negative review. If I had been offered a reasonable resolution and not been blamed for damages, I would have given this a Five Star experience, but unfortunately I can not give this a positive recommendation. So long story short, be cautious when getting work done at 22nd Cell Phone and Computer Fix. Prices are great, work is done quick, but the post-sale experience and warranty are a big turn-off.

Very friendly, always in your best interest, and trustworthy. I wanted a good phone at a reasonable price, Syed was more than happy to help and had multiple phones within my budget. He recommended a phone to me that I am more than happy with. I will be recommending this place to my friends as I am highly satisfied with the service I recieved. A while after I got home, I realized that the screen protector was the wrong material and I needed a Tempered Glass SP so it wouldn't effect the Touch ID software. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS I have an iphone 8 that would not take a charge. I brought it here and asked if they could replace the charge port and battery. Instead, they cleaned out the port, tested it in front of me and gave it back in perfect working order. Would not accept any payment from me.
