You know they are great when the local carriers send you there. Mark has helped me a few times for things so minor that they were done in 5 minutes and didn't ask for a cent, just if I was pleased with the service to remember them in the future and if I know anyone looking for help to send them that way. I was there again today because Telus didn't want to be responsible for a Samsung S10e they sold me yesterday. We were able to determine they sold an non compatible accessory which was damaging the built in screen protector. Once I get them to replace the phone because of their error I'll be here immediately to get Mark and crew to get a case that will actually work. If you're looking for cellphone help and great customer service from knowledgeable individuals look no further.

Went here July 10th because my phone was not charging. They didn't have a new charge port in stock and had to order it. Was told it will be in on Tuesday morning. Tuesday they called saying it was in. Told them I can come Saturday and was told that's fine. Go in Saturday at 11am and they can't find the part. Told me we have to reorder it. I said no thanks and left. My friend has the same phone with the same problem and he went on Friday and they replaced his charge port. So they gave the part I ordered to someone else. Will say that the employee Tyler helped me when I first went there figured out the problem quick, was friendly and helpful. He is the reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1

My daughters charger broke off in the charging port of her IPod. I took it to Mobile Klinik and the lovely woman fixed it within minutes and refused payment. She also made sure the port was not damaged and would still charge. Will definitely go back if I have any other issues with our devices.

Went to source to buy a charger but they advised me to go to mobile klinik to check it out because there might be some thing wrong in the charger port or it might be dirty. Went to them and they checked it out within two mins they used the air spray to clean it and then it started charging without any problems and plus it was a free diagnosis for all their customers. Thanks guys you guys are the best. I recommend there service to everyone it.

Buyers beware of this place it's a scam they call them professional but they ripped me off. I went to Ascot cellular and and found that Mobile Klink charged me 5 times more. I got my other iPhone 7 fixed at Ascot Cellular and got 6 months warranty on it. I will never visit this place ever again. I will rate them -10 stars...

Everyone can relate to how lost they feel when their phone is out for repair or acting funky and you can no longer ignore how frustrating it is to use with software or battery issues. I figured I was going to be without a phone for a couple of days because it seemed hit and miss to get it repaired locally. I phoned the Mobile Klinik Quinte Mall and they answered all my questions. They did all the software and technical items I tried to do myself from looking on-line. They told me that most likely it would only be an hour to do the repair I needed. I dropped off my phone and had a very quick and professional drop off procedure. They explained the charges up front. I came back and my phone was repaired. No fuss, no problems. I expected the cost of a new battery, or a software update. They explained what they found, how they cleaned and repaired it to prevent any future problems. They also insisted no charge due to it being a minor issue. We are a small enough community in Belleville that word of mouth still works when shopping locally. Any business that has integrity to look after their customer, will have me as a customer for always. It is called karma. It is terrific to have a reliable resource for phone repairs. Thank you for being there for me.

My husband and I waited 4 months for a Samsung glass for a repair to a Note 21 Ultra. Finally, got a call last Friday that it was in. We went over on Saturday and the employee was eating and clearly not interested in helping us. Today my husband called and lo and behold the glass was not there and he was told he was never called! So very unprofessional, we will never go to this store again.

Had a weekend emergency when I smashed my phone screen to smithereens - took in to Tyler and he was able to squeeze me in for same day repair which was greatly appreciated! My Samsung looks as good as new and I was saved from having to take time off work today to deal with it :) It's important to note that Klinik is an authorized Samsung retailer - I've had my phone screen replaced before by an unauthorized dealer and the quality of the display was noticeably poor - blacks were more of a cloudy-dark grey and colours looked faded out. This newest Samsung replacement screen is far superior!

My phone kept restarting and couldn't figure out what was going on. My two options were to try Mobile Klinik or buy a refurbished phone. I'm so glad I tried Mobile Klinik, they were friendly and professional, they fixed my phone and on top of it all didn't charge me for their service. Best phone repair business in Belleville. The employees are kind and very helpful. Their work is professional and very well done. Most repair times are usually same day turn around, drop the phone off and pick it up an hour or two later. Replacement parts are high end and typically come directly from the respective companies (they are rarely 3rd party parts). Prices are respectable, paying the little extra for good service and name brand parts in my opinion is always the best way to go. This way you know the parts that are being replaced are the best you can get. All round fantastic service!

I had to go here to have my screen replaced on my Samsung Note20 ultra. I had put it in my console in the car and ended up cracking the whole screen, so bad I was only able to actually see about 1/4 of my screen when the phone was on. They did absolutely amazing, you wouldn't even know the screen has been replaced. They had to order my part in which only took a day. I will definitely be going back there if needed and will be recommending Mobile Klinik to all of my family and friends!

They fixed my screen within 24 hrs. Brightstar from Rogers would have taken 3weeks min and they messed me around with my service plan. I contacted Rogers and they approved having my phone fixed right here in town instead of sending it away. Great people, honest workers. My phone also retained all its data , pics, etc. If I had sent it away they would have wiped it clean destroying my pics in the process. Great experience, I hope I never need it again but if I do I'll be stopping by here

I dropped by Mobile Klinik because the sound coming from the speaker was so soft that I could hardly hear it coming from the phone when speaking to someone. As well the ringtone and text tone was not being heard when I was being contacted. They carefully cleaned the phone and were able to get it working perfectly much to my satisfaction. Very well done! My back glass cracked the other day and Bell quoted me a $299 deductable for them to replace my phone, rather than repair it. How lazy and environmentally unfriendly. I even pay into their insurance. So I phone this place here and for $135. 60 I had it repaired in under an hour!! (They had to order the part in of course.) That being said, I fully support Mobile Klinik and the right to repair movement.

I had a problem with my daughters note 5 not taking a charge. We brought it in to mobile klinik and they checked it on the spot. They said it was most likely the charging port or battery. They had both pieces in stock so they said they would need it for a couple hours. I got a call later that it was toast and the cost to repair was more than the phone was worth. When I picked it up there was NO CHARGE FOR THEIR WORK. They said they couldn't charge me anything because they didn't complete the repair. Wow. Awesome folks and awesome work ethic. Definitely will be going back if I need a repair.

Gave my phone to repair cracks on the screen and now it's damaged beyond repair. My entire data is also gone. Had to get a new phone. Incompetent team of technicians no one has a clue of what's going on. Trapped by saying we give life time warranty and the second time I went with the so called 'fixed phone' they backed off and said "sorry we can't help it, we don't know whats going on". My brand new Samsung A71 got wasted.

So here I am with ANOTHER Iphone with a broken screen... I am by no means an expert on the subject of repairing phones and frankly I find it intimidating and daunting trying to figure it all out. I had heard that there was a good place in the mall to fix my screen for my Iphone 8, so I decided to go give it a try. I was a little reluctant at first as its intimidating going to a buisness looking for a service that you have no knowledge on. So I went and I met this really helpful young man, his name was Mitchell, he told me what he was going to do, he was very clear, courteous and gave me great service. He did not lie to me, overcharge me, it was great. I really enjoyed that he didnt try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject. When I got my phone back, it was working just as good as when I bought it new. I would recommend this to anybody who is having problems with their cellular devices !!

I was having issues with my phone charging . At first my super charge function would not charge my phone fast. A week or so went by and I noticed I really had to jam my charger in to make a connection. Finally it just would not charge. I took my phone to the Quinte mall in Belleville location. I was met by a lady (sorry I didn't get your name!) She had Dark hair and a tattoo on each wrist, kind of like a half sleeve. And she immediately took my phone and cleaned out the charge port. There didn't seem to be anything in there but boy was I shocked when about a Nickle sized amount of dust an pocket lint came out. I asked for the bill and she said there wasn't any. I laughed and said no really what is it? She again said no charge. Great experience highly recommend.

My phone would not charge properly however, after taking it to Mitchell at Mobile Klinik in the Quinte Mall, he cleaned out the charging port and it works perfect.
