I had gotten my phone fixed here and it only made it worse. Not even a full two weeks after I had gotten my screen fixed it turned black on one side without me dropping it or doing anything to it. I tried to go back and get if fixed and he refused because my screen protector was cracked when he put it on wrong. My screen protector had cracked within three days of getting my phone fixed because it was applied incorrectly. It took 45 minutes for them to finally acknowledge their mistakes. I had to end up talking to the owner and he finally said that they will replace the screen. I will never be going back there again. They do not stand behind what they do.

Great place to get your phone fixed. Also, the price is right for your repairs and/or phone unlocks. I would recommend cell phone doctor for your repairs and service in the Belleville area. Keep mind that when screens are replaced, there can be a new issue with the repairs. I only say this as i also repair apple products in Tweed area and have a few unknown issues such as red screen, blue screen and even the white screen after my latest screen replacement on a iPod 4 touch. This is not a fault of mine, it is a fault of Apple products that do fail. Repair shops are there to do repairs, not to rip you off. Please keep in mind, that not all repairs are possible, and some are but come out with a new issue. Good luck with your repairs at this place.

Horrible service - had Iphone screen replaced - within 6 hours my wife pulled the cell out of her pocket and there was a scratch in the screen - its not a real glass screen. When we went back the next morning less than 24 hours after. He just says too bad. Makes you think you are getting a high quality glass screen, but its not. Went back to talk to him again about it, stood for 3 minutes as he watched someone put a screen protector on, and looked at his own text messages. Got sick of waiting and just left. Other places in town charge $10 more - well worth paying the extra for better service and quality. Got it repaired somewhere else - said pieces were missing the he didn't put back in.

Don't go there. Brought my phone there for screen repair, now i can't swipe and it is really hard to write. Also, my phone doesn't vibrate anymore and he said it would be 40 to repair (the phone was vibrating when i took it in). He said 275 when i took it in and changed his price to 295 when i was picking it up.

so about not even a year ago i went down to century place with my friend to look at phones. i saw an iphone 5c and i asked if it was in good condition he said yes, brand new screen amd everything. the price was $250. so when i went down with my mom after a couple of weeks i wanted to see if the phone was still there it was so i asked my mom if i could sell my samsung for an iphone and she said it's up to you. so i traded my samsung galaxy s6 in for the iphone 5c. that day when we were there the priced was up it was $300. later when i go my phone set up at home i noticed the screen was glitchy i couldn't type with the keyboard or open any apps. so later that night i thought it wasn't used in a long time. but when i plugged it in to charge the screen went black. the next day he said the phones perfectly fine it does that then we went back again and he said that it needs a new screen. he said the screen was $80 then when i went back with my friend he said the screen was $120. don't go to him. he's crooked honestly.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! The man was VERY rude to us we took our phone back because it was not working he blamed us and said we must of sat on it and said the case was ruining the phone! will NEVER EVER go there again VERY disappointing. Not to mention they way he talked to us was unbelievable, no people skills. We will only make the mistake of going there once. He also uses Chinese products and lied to us about using real apple products, he also forgot to put all the screws back in our phone.

My phone fell in water and I thought that was the end of it! But the cell phone doctor was able to fix it for me, saved all my photos and everything on my phone. It ended up needing a new screen, which was installed quickly. I liked that he didn't try to up-sell me, he gave the phone time to dry fully to see if that would fix the screen issue without having to replace it. I also really appreciated how quickly the screen was installed - within about an hour of the new screen arriving to him, he had it installed and I had my phone back. Very fair prices. I would highly recommend. Those reviews that say customer service isn't good, I disagree, he was very kind to me.

Took my phone here to have him figure out what was wrong with it. He told me it was my screen and charged over $100 to have it replaced. Took my phone home and it started doing the same thing. Told me he wouldn't refund it and cited his terms of service (which as far as I know mention a 30 day policy and says nothing about no refunds). Russian low life who scams other people.

I've had to come here a couple of times for screen repairs and the service has been excellent. Most recently, I purchased a second-hand Iphone 8 off of this gentleman. It hasn't given me any problems at all and was priced fairly. He even went out of his way to arrange for the purchase to be done after store hours because I had to work a little late. Took my iPad for screen replacement , service seemed great until I took my device home and noticed the damage after it was too late. I thought he was just being nice but he sold and installed a screen protector and protective case at a discount only to cover up the fact he had cracked the corner new screen I didn’t notice until the crack spread out from under the case. Do not suggest it Wish I read reviews first as well.

Absolutely a scam artist using the cheapest products. Will no honour warranty. Got a lg g4 and shattered glass. Paid him premium to get a good screen done. Needless to say it cracked a week later won't replace or honor Ascot cellular just as bad as a scammer

My daughters iPad screen cracked. We brought it in to be replaced. Thought we were getting a good deal, he only charged us $85. Literally 1 minute after giving it back to her, she said it didn't work. We tried it, and it couldn't feel your touch at all, it's like the screen wasn't attached properly. We brought it back, and after 10 days finally got it back. Worked for about 2 days, then I noticed the screen wasn't fully attached. So it went "ghost screen" where it would open a bunch of programs and type random letters. Brought it to a reputable repair person, turns out the screen was glued down, very poorly at that, so the screen would have to be torn off and replaced, and that the magnets were missing. My daughter now doesn't have an iPad because they screwed it up so bad, it would cost more than it's worth to fix. Stay far away from this place.

My review is below this paragraph. To the business owner who posted his warranty below my review...Your response only speaks to one issue. Your rude mannerisms, poor professional conduct, and lack of concern regarding the poor quality work/product speaks to your business practices. It's not just me, look at many of the current postings (7 of the past 8 ratings are one star). It appears you think it's everyone else's problem, not yours. I recommend a course in dealing with clients effectively. We brought my son's iPad to get the screen repaired in late April - the cost of about $90 plus tax. Soon after (about 3-5 weeks), the screen started glitching, jumping around randomly. My wife returned to the store to indicate the glitching and also to show where the seal around the screen was pulling away. He told us that it was a software issue from when the iPad fell and needed to be restored through iTunes or something like that. He said the the problem (i.e. glitching) was the result of the iPad being dropped. Unfortunately, we made no official record of this (I'm sure his "video surveillance" will have the date she was in). We did the restore, but a few weeks later the screen started to crack in one corner where the seal had pulled away. This crack slowly increased in size and when I went to inquire, the owner was away (July 24). I went back about ten days later, again he was away. By now, the seal was completely off in some places, and where the screen had cracked, the entire screen had broken off. Finally, today when I went in the owner was there. He didn't look up from the phone he was working on while talking to me. I told him the history of the problem and all he did was point to the thirty day policy on the counter (to be honest, I thought it was a 90 day policy). He told me the crack was a physical problem (I'm not sure if he meant that we had broke it again, which we didn't) and ignored the fact that my wife had been in shortly after he "fixed it" to discuss concerns of the seal coming off. I asked if he thought the work done was acceptable and he had no answer, again mentioning the warranty length (30 days). All the mean while, he was working on this other project and didn't seem to care at all that his work lasted less than 4-6 weeks before it started to break down. He told me he could do the job over for $80 plus tax (his "deal") - like I'd waste my money a second time. The owner was rude and more importantly took no responsibility for the poor quality of his work. I'm not sure how this guy has stayed in business ten years, it certainly can't be from returning customers. His responses to posts here are comical...he has an answer for everything accept the poor quality of his work. Go anywhere else to get it fixed.

Extremely ignorant 'business' man. As soon as you walk in you get poor customer service. He fixed my iphone screen and after I got it back the face ID stopped working. Said he couldn't do anything about it not working anymore, and ended up blaming it on me! Its a very common issue after replacing a screen if it's not replaced properly. Just look at his replies to the reviews on here, he is obviously careless.

He was Gary open in recommending me not replacing it as there are many potential issues with replacing the battery in this model. He easily could have recommended an expensive repair which may have had problems later, instead of recommending I buy a new one at a local supplier.

Took my phone here to have the cracked screen replaced, it worked perfectly before taking it here and since it was “fixed”, I’ve had all kind of screen problems with buttons sticking, freezing, dead spots, etc.. it just keeps getting worse. I called them a couple weeks later to explain the situation and ask if they could take a look at it (as I was told by a different business that it could have been installed wrong or be a bad screen - not uncommon) and they just argued with me and made excuses that it must be user error as they “test” the screens multiple times and don’t use them if they don’t work properly....... Take your business elsewhere and save yourself time, money and frustration.

Went there to get an Ipad screen replace... When I took it I did not look right away at the job done. I realized 2 minutes after that the Job was not done properly. The screen was partially not properly glue to the ipad and when they removed the screen they actually ripped of everything in a really messy way. I went back right away and the first answer was : Well it is warranty for a month so just come back after the screen is falling of the ipad. I insisted and they finally agreed to do something. They kept the ipad and they just added a lot more glue...that ended up all over the screen. At that point I realized the On/off button was not working anymore. They basically told me to go to hell and that they don't care. After a few investigation a well establish and professional repair men told me the problem with the on off button was actually cause bye a cheap defective part that was installed. Once I turned off the magic cover sleep option I was able to use the on/off again. I went back to the store and they told me they don't care at all. Don't take any risk and just go somewhere else....

DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! Got him(the owner) to replace my screen for my Samsung s7 not only did he not have the right color screen for my phone, he took the battery out when there's no need to and also took off the home button which is now loose He also wasn't able to put the adhesive back on properly. Well now my phone over heats, freezes, restarts on its own. Ive now been told by a better phone repair center he messed something up on my main board. Thanks to him I now have to buy a NEW phone after spending close to $300.00 on a new screen. He said one price Then the other worker there said another (both over the phone) & when I got there I was given a third price by the owner. I'm not happy at all ????????????????

Could not agree more with the other reviewers I wish I looked at these before taking my phone there. This is a back alley type chop shop for phones Charged me $90 for a new screen, Put it in a life proof case and not even 24hrs later the screen cracked. He wouldn't do a thing, wouldn't even give me a discount to replace it. Update- Took my phone to another place to fix the damage, found out that 3 screws were missing from the inside ( apparently worth $12 each and happens regularly with this guy) and also removed the proximity sensor ( $30) value.

Brought an iphone 7 into the location and my own replacement screen. I was charged around 80 dollars which isn't that bad. Phone works excellent after the repairs. The guy at the counter is a little grumpy but I think he deals with a lot of grumpy desperate people coming in with their phones. Seemed very knowledgeable, told him I didn't want a new home button, he explained worst case scenario. Didn't try to push replacing it. Overall a decent spot, maybe just work on your customer service a little. Even if a customer is mad when they get in, it is part of the owners job to keep a level of professionalism and not allow it to effect how they treat a customer. I was cautious after reading some negative reviews, but have now been in on three different occasions (different issues, different phones) and in every case the problem was solved quickly, fairly, and at a reasonable price. Some reviewers complain of the owner's lack of customer service, or of being unfriendly, and in truth if you're looking for someone jolly, perhaps another store would be better. But my priority has been getting fast, capable service at a reasonable price, and for me this shop is a good choice. I will certainly go back whenever I have a phone issue to be resolved.

Gave me a quote over the phone. I took phone in and he gave me the same quote to repair. Twice I asked if that was all in including taxes and was told yes. When I paid he told the quote was not including taxes. If I had known up front, I would have gone somewhere closer to my home and saved the gas money.

I come here for the comments. You get some good and some just funny. Tho I love the part where Police are called. Lol it's a civil matter where Police cant get involved with 90% of the issue. It's a liability to them. But then non of the less... I enjoy the Store as they have big sales better then any store. Yes the guy at the counter seems grumpy but you gotta understand. This type of business is a stressful one. He said, she said.... workmanship bashing. In today's day of age... Cell Phones are people's life. When someone drops it off to be fixed. They tend to get upset that Facebook lags or we just simply rushed them to fix it to the point they met our demands and 1 little error happens where in 30 days their warranty can fix it. Keep in mind... these guys fix it faster then the phone company warranty. That's why we take advantage of it. It's a bloody phone or a tablet. It was broke when it went in and worked when ya got it back. If didn't work... you leave it at the store until its fixed. Simple..... but daaam I love this place <3 <3 <3

I came into this guys store asking to get my Iphone 4 screen fixed and he told me it would cost me about $200 and a couple days to be fixed. I would have to say he is a rip off due to his poor services and his poor attitude while you are talking with him. I have both witnessed him getting in arguments with people in the store and heard about him getting in arguments with friends due to his parts being broken when "fixing phones" and not owning up to his mistakes.

3 Older flip phones for sale.Couldnt help with any of the2 cells I took in,my friend Had a couple phones and was told "there's nothing I can do with these Models". Unfreindly service & zero interest overall.Not the easiest to locate.(1 small sign). Sign posted hours till 6 daily,was told "closed today at5.The man rushed out& left in a vehicle letting us and another at our vehicles Know that his wife could help us only to be turned away while she argued with a customer indoors.Very unprofessional.Lack of knowledge in general. This guy was awful, Took my iphone in to get screen fixed. When I got the phone back, noticed that the glass felt differently than before and he said it was "fine". Put the screen protector on and started using it, within two days touch was fading, screen kept jumping around and overall screen was not responding. Took the phone to Koodo in the mall and staff there said it was a really common problem with this place. Did not even bother going back to see if he would fix the issue after reading all the posts below.

I took my ipad to this guy to repair. It had stopped charging and I thought it may need a battery replacement. He said it was most likely not a battery problem. He was correct about that. He said he would look at it and it would cost me $20.00 for him to do that. I gave the okay and left. I returned a couple of hours later to find that he had "repaired" my ipad. It was fully charged and he told me the problem was with the charging port, which he said he had cleaned. He charged me $45.00 which I paid in cash and left. Later that evening my ipad drained down and needed to be charged, when I plugged it into the cord the same thing happened as before I took it to him. It would not charge. The following day was a Saturday and his site said he was opened at 10, so I went back to his shop, but he was closed. I then took it to Best Buy and the guy at The Geek Squad told be I needed a new cord. I bought one for $20.00 and problem solved. I returned to the Cell Doctor earlier this week to ask for a partial refund and he refused. He would not even look at me while he was talking to me. Quite a shady guy!

Do not take your cell phone here. I went in to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced because it was not taking a full charge. The battery he replaced it with actually read lower than the one that I first brought in, and then he replaced it with another one and it would not read at all. After this I had him put my original battery back in place, and now something is rattling around inside the phone. I called him to fix it and he tells me that he cannot do it for at least a couple days, Who knows what damage it will cause by then. Save yourself a lot of headaches and hassle and take your iPhone to a certified repair store or anywhere but here.

!!! Put faulty part in my phone and refused to repair!!! Before the Cell Phone Doctor my phone worked perfectly, other than having a cracked screen and now it is virtually unusable. Worse business I’ve ever dealt with and would never recommend anyone using their services. I went to have a cracked screen fixed on my iPhone. Later when I got home and started using my phone I noticed that the screen that was installed was defective. The screen was glitching, the icons were fuzzy and the touch screen was unresponsive. When I went back to the business the guy refused to repair my phone even though it was within the 7 day return/repair policy. His claim that a microscopic “scratch” that can only been seen when the screen is black and when it has been cleaned meant that my phone was “damaged”. This so called “scratch” absolutely has no effect on the use of my phone and definitely not on the internal screen problems that is causing the glitching. Furthermore, he has no proof that the “scratch” wasn’t already on the phone when I received back from him, it is so unnoticeable that I would have never seen it myself. He did not go over the phone with me to ensure it was “scratch” free and that it was working properly when I got it back from him. He was extremely confrontational and I even felt threaten by him. If this was an honest and reputable business he would have abided by his terms and conditions of, “For parts that are deemed defective and fall within the conditions listed above will be replaced at no additional cost.” However, I strongly believe that he had no intentions of fixing my phone and went looking for any excuse to not repair the damage he has done.
