Had some computer challenges and found TickTockTech on my first search online. Received a call back within 10 minutes and worked on scheduling this friendly tech for in-home service. I had cancelled the service as I was able to resolve on my own. Received a call from management at head office ensuring if all was good now, or if needing to revisit tech support. I assured them things were good. Very responsive.

Asked for basic help with a possible loose charging port on my laptop. Charging port likely needs to be re-soldered, a minor repair. Instead of offering to do the repair they emailed me suggesting their price to repair would be too high and I buy a new laptop instead. They sent me a link to purchase a 2500$ laptop. This is a basic tech service request and any computer repair shop should be able to handle it under 150$ tops. Ill go buy a soldering iron for 30$ at Princess Auto and fix it myself I guess, tried to save myself a job and support local. Maybe they're more interested in making Amazon commissions than repairing computers. ????‍♂️

I was in immediate need of having my computer disk wiped and everything, from the Windows 10 and Office backed up and then reinstalled from scratch. While my Dell notebook was over 5 years old, it was still top of the line in all ways, except for the old hard drive. This drive still worked, but the Head Technician that they sent to give me an estimate took a holistic view of my problem. He could have done what I asked, and then since the disk was old, waited for me to call him again and pay twice because the hard disk had crashed. Instead, he recommended up front that I spend a bit more and upgrade to a larger new SSD technology hard drive. He observed that I was already close to running out of space as well. This resulted not only in remedying my immediate needs but it upgraded my system performance to the equivalent of a brand new Notebook. The job was done quickly and I am beyond pleased with the better performance and additional storage. The price was more than fair and I would recommend their services in a heartbeat. Reputable, honest and very professional are all words I would use to describe their services.
