The service we received was excellent. Kaushal our technician did the diagnostic, identified and explained the problems. He then took the computer back to the shop and said it would take 3 to 4 days. Instead it was only 2 days. The desk top is working wonderfully. He also loaded some programs and demonstrated proper use and shutdown procedures. Highly recommend. No bad surprises. Great followup .
