Our 2012 Mac had the dreaded ‘white screen of death’ right in the middle of my husbands midterm week. I first took the computer to another repair shop, and after keeping the computer for a week, they said it was Unfixable. At the recommendation of a friend, I brought it to the computer clinic. They were able to back up the data, restore the computer and it’s working like a dream again. We also had discussed the possibility of replacing the hard drive, so if anything else happens in the future, I know that’s an option in place of buying a whole new $2500 computer. The employees at the computer clinic care about their customers, and they are transparent about charges and what they are doing to fix your computer. They give you options and let you decide. They are very knowledgeable and I will be recommending them to everyone who asks. I will never go elsewhere again!

Free diagnostic of my hard drive. You cant beat that in the city anywhere. Everywhere else in Regina charges just to see if anything can be saved from a busted drive, why would you want to pay for something that you might not get anything from?:) So....You cant beat them for this alone. As well -great staff, AND they went above and beyond to make sure i got my data transferred to a new drive as quickly as possible.

Just days before a job interview my computer surged and died, along with all my files that I had prepared to showcase. Took my computer into The Computer Clinic. The employee opened right in front of me and tried to access my hard drive then and there, when she couldn't access it she explained very clearly what they were going to do to get my hard drive contents back. They backed it up overnight. Today I called and they told me that my backup might not be ready in time. After explaining my situation the employee I was speaking to went into their server, found the specific files I needed, opened them up and made sure they were still readable. I was then told I can come in with a memory stick and they'll give me all the files I need today. Above and beyond to say the least. I cannot recommend this place enough. They just saved my hide, and I will definitely be giving them all my business from now on.

The computer clinic is exactly what you want from a computer repair store. Computer geniuses working on your machine. Saving it from ruin, or at least recovering your data. Obviously the location is super cool but the staff are what make the place sing. You know right away that you're in good hands... And when they try to tell you to purchase the antivirus or backup software, listen to them. Remember that you're there because your computer died and you didn't have antivirus or backup ????????????

I had a little bit of issue with my computer or I better say with my PC and I pay them a visit they ended up fixing my computer on time and evrn faster than I was expecting I was very happy with their engineer and everything went as planned if you're in Regina and if you need your computer fixed I definitely recommend going to that place.

My dad dropped off his laptop for repair. They fixed the problem with installing new Windows software. Which we discovered few months later was Unlicensed (!). Is this how you want to carry your business?!

The owner Brad and the staff made it so easy for me to experience an effortless transition over to a new computer. Both Brad and Natasha helped me by answering all my questions. Expensive service and wasn't fixed the first, or second time correctly. But they were at least willing to look at it again and again until they got it right. Not sure I'd use them again.

I've just had the best customer service experience by the Team at The Computer Clinic. I called end-of-day Monday for help and first thing Tuesday morning Ryan was at my home to provide his expertise. Within 24 hours, I had a new desktop computer at home that he installed. Ryan walked me through everything and was very patient making sure I was comfortable with the look and feel of the desktop, settings, log-ins, you name it. The same today when he dropped off my updated laptop - he matched the settings and desktop appearance on the laptop to my desktop. He made sure both computers were secure with passwords, programs were all the same, and my older printer was working... that was not a simple task to connect but again, he was a great troubleshooter and now I am back in business and feeling like technology is again my friend. I am so impressed with the Team at The Computer Clinic and want to thank Ryan and Natasha for their expertise, support, patience and understanding. What a great Christmas gift to have such wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Ryan and Natasha.

I was very impressed with their service. While out of the country, one of our work computers failed. With a single phone call and a few follow-up e-mails, the computer was picked up, failed drive confirmed, new drive installed, configured PRECISELY to my specifications, and installed back at our business ready for use including remote access. Such prompt and RELIABLE service is difficult to find and should be lauded.

I have dealt with the Computer Clinic since the day they opened and have always been impressed with their very fast service , courteous staff, and the work they have done for me. They don't just fix it - they fix it right the first time. This last 6 months I have had my computer in there to get fixed at least 3 times. I had a brain injury one year ago and have no short term memory, so I cause problems for myself quite often on my computer and don't know how to fix them. Adam, Natasha and all the rest of the staff have been totally wonderful with me. They have made suggestions to me that solved a lot of my computer problems and have answered questions for me quite often with NO charge. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Especially SENIORS. All of their staff have a lot of patience and will answer any questions you have.

Took my computer there and did not fix the problem at all and found out that a whole bunch of screws were missing from my hard drive which ultimately wrecked it ... will never take a computer there again

Oct. 25/19 HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Adam, Clinton, Mark (I listed you alphabetically as to not offend anyone), and to ALL of the gang, including the cat, at the Computer Clinic. Thank you SO MUCH for getting my mom's computer up and running again. As you know, she is elderly and has, unfortunately, fallen prey to many computer scams as of late. I can not thank you enough for not only restoring her computer to EXACTLY how it was with her programs, icons, favourites/favorites, etc., but for also making it SAFE for her to use again. A very positive experience... they did everything that I requested and got my computer working better and much, much faster than I could imagine possible. I was really thrilled with their attention to details and problem solving capabilities. They were able to make me feel like a valued customer even when I had trouble explaining my needs. Then to my amazement, after I picked up my computer, they provided me service in my home by remote access, to get my printer up and running and iron out a few more wrinkles that I couldn't even begin to solve. If I could give this clinic a negative review, I would have no issue doing so. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere. The technicians were extremely unprofessional. I brought in my iMac to be repaired and 2 months later, I still have a broken computer and a broken screen that the technician broke while my computer was there. The owner was always "unavailable" to be contacted. As a university student, I've gone a full semester with no computer. To be only compensated for half of the cost to fix the damages, this business does not know how to resolve issues. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone I know.

2nd great experience in a month!; 1st) Austin put in a new solid state hard drive in my laptop & it works 10X faster! 2) Austin just found an inexpensive $14 workaround device for a broken pin in headphone input jack. This shop is the best!
