The owner recently took on a huge task of cleaning up another tech's mess they made of my computer. Files were all over the place, some files could not be found, backup's could not take place etc etc. Dan was able to clean it all up, make sense of what was a terrible mess, added a new drive which also saved me from buying a new computer and I can now do backups. His work was outstanding and he was extremely trustworthy and professional. The best thing of all was he listened to what I wanted and that is exactly what he did.
