I had my phone run over by a vehicle, and it was just destroyed! I took it in and he fixed it right up and got all of my pictures and everything off my broken phone onto my new phone for a great price. Also got all the photos off a phone that had been broken for 2 years! Very quick and professional service! Would return to use his services with all my electronics!!!

Ya went to this place they said it would only take a couple hours so stayed around waiting for them to call me never did I called back and they said they were still fixing it but said should be done soon we will call you when done never did the business was closed and was just a big waste of time will report my update after when I pick up phone next day

My iPhone 7 charging port wouldn’t plug in correctly and I’d wake up to an almost dead phone in the mornings. When I could get it charged fully , my battery would go dead after about four hours not using and maybe an hour after use. I walked in, told him my issues, he said he would fix it now. I waited about 20 minutes, paid the man a much lower cost than expected, $65, and walked out with a like new phone again. Been over a month since the repair and everything is fine. Thank you so much. You saved me a ton!!

My iPad 6th gen looked like this after falling out of my bag while biking I thought it was a goner so I left it hanging around since last fall, finally I decided too get it fixed up and see what happens. Excellent service, good price and super fast. Came here because of all the great google reviews, location to my work and price. They did not disappoint. Fixed my iPhone cracked screen within a few hours, picked it up now and it's perfect. Would bring all my tech problems here again! Highly recommend and they have great customer service. Purchased a case and screen protector and they put it on for me in the store too. Love that there's a 30 day warranty as well. A+++

I picked up an iPad Air 2 to use as a dedicated kiosque for my karaoke system. I use iPads to help singers search and queue up my 10,000 song collection. Well the iPad worked great for a few hours but then had battery issues, making it useless for the rest of the party. You had one job! Fortunately I had a plan B for the event so the bad singing was able to continue. Later I brought the iPad back into Alfa to ask them to make it right, in essence taking advantage of the repair warranty. They did and I’m pleased. I’m ready to ruin innocent songs for years to come.

I took my surface Pro and due to my battery needing to be replaced. They did not contact me to follow up. They had it for over two months and it did not get fixed. I have asked them to return my surface pro and they keep saying they will but when I go in it’s not there. I’m not sure what’s going on but definitely not professional service.

My phone wasn't charging and I was sure I was looking at a hefty bill to repair or replace my phone. I was prepared for the worst. I was informed that the fix for my phone was easy and cheap! In today's societal climate it is refreshing to find an honest business not trying to separate your from your hard earned money. Thank you for your work. I took my phone in to get fixed. Everything was good untill I asked him to reinstall the sim card. They broke my otter box case and handed back to me like it never happened. When I got to my truck I noticed. I went back in and he sold me a case for half price. Pretty upset he handed me it back broken hoping I wouldn't notice.

I've been to this place five times within the past few months asking for a wallet cell phone case for my Google pixel 2 and each time they say they will order. To date they have not ordered or never have any in stock at all and it's a hassle for me to get into the city. ????

Bought a Google pixel phone not knowing that they were supposed to come with an adapter to be able to use an aux cord or earphones and I paid like $300 and I can't even listen to my music in my car because the phone was supposed to come with that piece I asked them about it and said it's sold separately like u couldn't include it in the $300?

I needed my screen replaced on my iPhone-- when I returned to pick it up all the corners had been gouged and scraped, the top right in particular. About an hour after picking it up, the screen cracked out of nowhere. The crack originated from the upper right where the corner of the phone had been scraped and bent so severely. When I went in the next day to request the work be redone, and to give the shop an opportunity to make it right, I was told that I would have to pay for it again. Very unimpressed; TAKE YOUR DEVICES ELSEWHERE. Additionally, they denied that they caused the damages ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE after admitting they caused the damaged edges when I spoke with them at the store. They subsequently turned off their comments function on their facebook page after denying that they caused any damage on their page.

No good because they have my Xbox 1 over 2 months and still nothing about being fixed yet they misplaced it don't even know if they are going to being replacing my Xbox 1 that hey lost or misplace... I took it there in October 4
