Computer died, really confused on the problem too. Figured it would take a month before I found out what was wrong and got replacements but Colin fixed it in 3 days! He went above and beyond; worked on it day and night (into the evening), much more than I expected and even had good prices for replacements. I can't say enough, I highly suggest Colin! Hes got a great personality and cares about your computer as if its his own. He deserves the fame over bigger companys that just treat you like a dollar sign. Highly recommend this business to anybody seeking tech service. I had spoken with Dell about my year-old computer; after telling them the problem, they told me it would be $200 at least without them even knowing the problem. They told me that I would not find a better deal, nor would I find better service. I contacted AOT and he was able to guess the problem over the phone and even tell me the estimated cost - well under $200. The problem is fixed and I was able to save lots of money. So happy I found AOT - thanks again :)
