Just left this location after being there for just under 3 hours. We were trying to activate a phone under the BYOP plan but for one reason or another it was extremely difficult. Thankfully with the help from Erin, Ben and Derek and their determination to not give up on my mom and I we were able to walk away with a functioning phone for my father who is currently in the hospital. Erin’s professionalism and customer service skills were top-notch, particularly dealing with my mother and I who were on the phone for many hours with Virgin mobile trying to get our situation sorted out. At times we were frustrated but Erin held her composure and empathized with us and our frustrations. In the end Erin and her team went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful! Thank you!

Just have to give a shout out to Amber the manager of the Brockville Store. She was so knowledgeable and knew just what I needed to get a stronger signal with wi-fi. She offered me a trial use and to return if it wasn't strong enough. After spending a half day with the repair guy yesterday and not seeing good results, I am so relieved that the fix was that simple. Thank you Amber!

Terrible! Paid over $30 for a screen protector and was told there was a LIFETIME WARRANTY, not telling me I would need to deal with the screen protector company. Less than 2 months later, the protector SMASHED, when I went to get it replaced, was told I had to deal with the screen protector company. So I would have to buy another while I'm waiting for my warrantied screen??? NEVER shopping there again!

They even went so far as to go out of their way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and they actually asked, cared about and used the proper pronouns for myself and my partner! Went in to check out the headphone. Although the store was and it's custom layout as any Source would be, the headphone display was not actually accessible for me to use. The security wire would not let me put the headphones on my head without being hunched/leaning right beside the stand and was not able to link my phone to the display in order to be able to hear the different sound quality. I was in the store for several minutes and was not acknowledged as well as the two other customers near me. ????

I love going to The Source to browse electronics and gadgets, but every time i set foot in there they hound me for a cell phone and I'm tired of it! People go to the source to get a TV or a pair of headphones, not a smartphone. There are SEVEN other places in the shoppers mall that sell cell phones AND theyre explicit about it.

I am very pleased with the protocols that have been put into place during the pandemic, and how the staff explain exactly what is expected of customers during their visit to the store. As a retail worker myself I know things have been particularly difficult lately and the Source team made my shopping experience very easy! Dealt with a very incompetent employee and even more incompetent manger named Alison at the Burlington mall source location. Purchased a phone case from there one day ago and when I was cashing out, I put the case I purchased on my phone. The employee asked me if I wanted her to toss out the box (which in my mind means I didn’t need the box if I wanted to return it). The next day I go back to return the case because it did not fit correctly, and I was told by the same employee that I can’t return it because I don’t have the box, which they threw out. The manager Alison was very unhelpful and very rude, and just wanted to get me out the door. Needless to say they did not honour the return. Why are you telling your employee to ask people if they want to discard packaging? It’s very misleading and seems very sketchy. Ill never purchase anything from the Source again, I’ll be informing people against it, and the management at the Burlington mall Source location needs to be looked into. If I could give this store, their employees, and their manager Alison a 0 star rating, I most definitely would.

This location inside the mall has most everything you'd need. There is a lack of space but if you're interested in the most up to date technology, this location will fulfill that want. I've purchased great Bluetooth speakers that will last years.

Wondering why they had NO customers at all?? Mall was exceptionally busy today..except The Source!!..I found out why when I tried to enter!! WAS NOT GREETED AT ALL....WAS ORDERED TO DECONTAMINATION AND TOLD WE CAN NOT BROWSE..WHEN ASKED WHY..WAS TOLD " IT'S THE RULES" ..I asked who''s rules....aND was asked to leave...did not see a single customer in the source today...I won't ever be back!!

Over priced with minimal items in store. I went to buy a few cables for my stereo. How is this simple adaptor $16.99? You can buy it on amazon for $1.63. The other cables were just as over priced too. This store has really gone down hill. No wonder they are slowly disappearing. Radio Shack was an awesome store. The Source is horrible.

I am very disappointed by the service I was given. I was mislead by the store manager. It was absolutely terrible, I had wasted my whole day on debating with them. They represented me as a liar infront of customer care representative which was extremely disgusting whereas they confessed their lie later and also my thing was done by wasting my whole day.

The Source was running a very enticing promotion: sign up with Bell Fibe 500 internet for $45/mo and get a free $50 Source gift card. What they neglected to tell me was that it takes 8weeks/60days after the installation to actually receive this gift card. I understand they want to make sure people don't just sign up then cancel their subscription for a free $50, however this is something that was not communicated to me at all during this process. When I phoned The Source directly to inquire, they lady on the phone had said they receive multiple calls with the same concern. Tell your customers what to expect!!

My husband and I recently got new phones and new plans, i was extremely impress with Eleazer, he was so patient, knowledgeable. If a raise were to be given this guy deserves it all.. The most impressive thing was that he was that, once he was off duty but still came in the store and sorted out everything like a charm. So... all I can say is that Kyle Andrew's from the Belleville Source in the Quinte Mall realllllllly made me believe again that The Source still had the customers best interest at heart. I used to work at the Cobourg location under Robert Hynes and we had a staff that cared, that we're committed and hard working. We did what's right. That's what Kyle did for me out of Belleville that Cobourg strait up refused to do for me in Cobourg. I became a new activation under Bell, recieved a $350 in store credit and spent $300 of that in store that day. Kyle set me up with an amazing rate plan accommodating all of my data needs. I am sincerely thankful that I drove all the way to Belleville to deal with Kyle because if it wasn't for him, I would have never dealt with the source again. So thank you Kyle, sincerely. For everything.

I seldom comment on good service but my experience with The Source in Burlington Mall was exceptional. I dealt with Chris who is a magician when it comes to manoeuvring through the complexities of setting up a Bell Mobility contract and in the end he saved me $10 per month over the best deal I had found online, from a telemarketer and at the nearby Bell corporate store. And while waiting I talked with another store associate, Alison, who accurately explained my best options for Internet phone service. Good product selection and the helpful knowledgeable staff is a winning combination - highly recommended.

Each customer is greeted at the door with a smile and a quick screening process to ensure the safety of staff and fellow customers. I spoke with George on the phone and went into the store to see him and he was not helpful at all!! I drove 45 minutes to the store all for him to tell me that they did not have the part that I needed. He told me to go home and call him and be would tell me what type of optical converter I would need. I drove all the way home, call back, all for another employee to inform me that they DID have what I needed!!! After 2 trips to Belleville I'm sure as heck not driving there again to get it so now I have no choice but to order it online and wait for it to come in. NOT impressed!!!!

I live in Thompson and I visited brandon for the purpose of family gathering and i visited brandon shoppers mall. I was passing through the source and as I don’t have any sim card on me and looking for one, i get in and ask for cheapest plan and Karan Patel did exactly what i am looking at in the price range. I was about to pay for my order and then Karan asked me about my home internet service and i said i am paying $120 for shaw in my town. So, he gave me such a good deal with bell that was half of the amount what i was paying and with better speed compare to what i was getting for a bit i think and did activation at that time. Even he told me that i will get a source gift card in some time. So, totally satisfied with his help which saves me good money and just waiting for my gift card.
