Sent in my OnePlus 7 Pro. They gave me a call promptly and told me to go to the manufacturer (OnePlus) to get it repaired. It would be cheaper to get it fixed there and the parts would take a while. They shipped my phone there and back, even diagnosing it at no cost. Super professional and absolutely amazing what they did. Would recommend these guys 100%

This place is the absolute best place to get your phone fixed. I had smashed my Samsung Galaxy S10, and they fixed it like it was brand new. Being a authorized Samsung repair shop they used all OEM parts, and re tested for the IP 68 ingress protection. Hopefully I don't break my phone again, but if I do I will be back here for sure. Ubreakifix is amazing!!! I had an iphone 8 that was beyond repair. The phone was not important to me, but the photos of my first born son were. I first went to another cell phone repair store that told me I should go to Apple. Following up with Apple they told me that nothing could be done. In one last attempt I went to ubreakifix, they were able to temporarily get the phone running long enough to download all my important photos. I will only go to them with any future problems and would only recommend Ubreakifix. staff was also incredibly professional and friendly.

Daniel serviced both mine and my sisters iPhone 11 Pro Max’s, he was very energetic and happy to help, he explained everything in detail and made sure we were happy with every answer. They were very efficient, they didn’t have the screen when we came in and they had it in for us the next day and had us in an out within the hour with basically brand new phones!! The repair took 2 hours but what impressed me was the quality of work. You can not tell it has been repaired. They even added screen protector that is working with the S20 finger print reader. My son broke off the headphone jack inside his iPad and knew he'd have to pay for the repairs. The man at the store was amazing! He attempted to remove the part and tried a few things for over 30 minutes. After an unsuccessful attempt he told my son it would be an hour labour charge and the cost of the part... or simply buy wireless headphones or use the earbuds that come with the newer models and plug into the charging port He didnt carge my son a cent! Excellent customer service and I will 100% be back for anything else my son breaks!

Nice place. Clean very open. Had hoped to get my Chromebook screen repaired there. They weren't sure they could fix it. Took my information and I never heard back from them. I am sure it's a busy time for them. During the pandemic screens are in demand now more then ever. So I cannot comment on their service quality. Brought my old iPhone in because it wasn’t charging properly... I ineptly attempted to clean the charge port prior to my visit but was triumphantly unsuccessful. The kind gentleman who assisted me took the phone and immediately began to clean the charge port as I told him the issue, taking mere seconds to accomplish what I had taken minutes to fail. He plugged in my phone and voila, a fool I felt as it charged as if there were no issues whatsoever. I asked how I could pay for the masterful work he had done and he simply replied “No charge, some kind words as a Google review would be appreciated but not necessary.” So here I am and to you I say thank you! You have saved me from wasting money on a new phone and I appreciate it greatly!!! Wonderful business thank you!

Original Review: 1/5 Updated Review: 5/5 People aren't perfect, and this story goes to show that the crew here aren't. I went in with a broken back glass, and before I left had a broken screen (which they replaced). Eventually I ended up with a broken motherboard. For most of a month I haven't had a phone, but they have stepped up with compensation and fixed the phone. It isn't how bad you screw up, it's what you do to rectify it.

Went in to replace the battery in my iPad. They not only did it right away but when it was completed the manager decided he wasn’t happy with the new battery so he ordered another one and replaced it again. If that wasn’t enough of a good effort he then discounted the already low price I was quoted to compensate me for my having to come back. Great place and they all really know their stuff.

Broke my S21 screen and made an appointment on the webite, which was easy super easy to follow. Dropped my phone off and got it back 2 hours later as estimated. Prices were more than the website estimated but worth the price being samsung certified. Also purchased the screen protector for my phone, I was skeptical how protective it would be with it not being the glass protector but the guy proved it worked using a hammer on his own phone. Pretty funny but it sold me. Overall happy with the service and would recommend.

Went in after having parts ordered to fix a charging problem. The gentleman who looked at the phone did an in-depth cleaning of the USB port and located a lump of something stuck in the port. Once removed the port worked perfectly. Even though they had ordered parts, NO CHARGE!! Amazing service. I wasn't at the store more than 5 minutes!!!

The best phone repair store! I took my husband's phone in to be repaired thinking it was going to cost a lot to be fixed. As I was told by Rogers it would a couple hundred dollars. Turns out that it was only debris caught causing the phone not to charge. The staff member at the store was so helpful, friendly and didn't charge me for the 5 minutes of service!!!

I brought my son's ps4 in for what I thought would be a cleaning, as it was making a lot of noise. From the moment I called, I received excellent customer service. We got an appointment time right away, and dropped it off. I was told the cleaning would be around $60.00. To my surprise, I received a call from them a few hours later, to say they had looked at the ps4, and nothing needed to be done. The technician mentioned that it was one of the cleanest ps4's he's seen, and the noise was normal, as it was quite old. I was even more surprised, when we went to pick it up, and there was no charge! I am so impressed with their professionalism and service. I will definitely be back if I need anything else, and highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

My Samsung phone wasn't charging and the port seemed loose to me. I called uBreakiFix in Barrie and the gentleman told me to bring it in and he would have a look. Once I arrived he was very quick to check out my phone and to my embarrassment he deftly pulled out some dirt and lint deep from within the port. Then he plugged it in and it worked 100%! He handed my phone back and told me to have a great day and wouldn't take any payment for that. I highly recommend this store and the excellent customer service!
