I have dealt with Phil at this company three times for issues related to our modem that went down and stopped from processing sales at my store. All three times happened on the weekend or on busy days – sometimes even later at night, and every single time Phil responded immediately and made his way to my store in no time. IMO, Phil represents the ultimate tech. that you would want to have work on your computer solutions. He listens and genuinely cares about what the customer wants and has a sense of urgency when required. He is also very reasonably priced even when he intervened on call during weekend hours which tells me that he cares about establishing a long-term relationship with his customers. Awesome service! He'll tell you exactly what's wrong with your computer. No BS of him trying to upsell or anything...just a straight up guy. He was willing to help me out try and figure out a few programs on his time which was very kind and was free of charge. Highly recommend him if you need ANY help with your computer whether it be building a computer or fixing it! Phil and his employee's are all very nice and knowledgeable!

Phil, or Dr Phil, the computer doc, is the best in Barrie! He handled by my problem in a flash, all by himself. No double talk, gets right into your problem instantly when you arrive. Gives you a quote right there, and sticks to it! So comfortable dealing with him. When you need to speak to him on the phone, he is always there, ready to answer your problem. I had a “Blue screen” problem with my Sony laptop and it wouldn’t boot up. He replaced my old slow hard drive with a new SSD drive, recovered all my storage data, reloaded Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. All done in 2 days! His price: Very reasonable. If you have any computer issues, he is the guy to go to!
