I had a problem with what I thought was the power supply in my desktop PC. After speaking with Rob on the phone I took the box in for them to look at. This was a Saturday morning and I thought I wouldn't see my computer again for a few days but I was wrong. Rob looked it over and called me within a couple of hours. It wasn't the power supply after all, actually he couldn't find anything wrong with it. It turned out to be the power supply in the monitor itself. I was charged a nominal fee for checking it out and I was very happy. I will definitely be back in the future. Many thanks.

This is the second time I have contacted Computer Elite for help. A few weeks ago I called the Barrie office in a panic for help. Will answered the phone and even though the technicians had gone home for the day, he corrected the issue on the spot free of charge. Who does that? I am grateful for his commitment to helping me "after hours" Will was calm and reassuring. This morning I called again and Will connected me to Rob, the technician. I had a long list of concerns and Rob corrected them remotely. Rob is competent, has the patience of Job, is polite and caring. Best part, he only fixed what I asked him to and went out of his way to explain how and what he was doing so I could understand it. I was even able to speak with the CEO and owner of Computer Elite, amazing! I highly recommend this company or all your computer questions, for service and even for purchasing a new computer. To say the staff of Computer Elite is customer focused is an understatement!

Took in pc as it was having issues. They took it in and found nothing. Ending up taking it to northen protocol and they found the issue( and found out my psu was nearing its power limit) and was cheaper. $50 at northern and $70 here. Nice people but didnt find my issue. Go to northern protocol for any computer issues!

Jareth and the rest of the Computer Elite team are absolutely incredible people and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I had a brand new IMac that has been used a handful of times and some how got malware on it which caused me major issues. Jareth took his time and helped explain the issue and helped me to fix it.
