Very disappointed! I had a so-called computer tech come to my place yesterday, his name is Daniel. After at least 30 minutes he tells me he doesn't have much experience with Mac computers just PC's. I should have sent him on his way right then. He must have asked me at least a dozen times if I had a mouse as he was finding it difficult to navigate without one and was becoming quite aggressive. I professional should be able to navigate without the use of a mouse. He made me feel like it was the fault of my computer that he was having trouble navigating without the use of a mouse. My computer is only three weeks old so there wasn't a problem with the navigation. Bottom line: I have now lost ALL my mail folders and he could not fix the TouchID problem which was a priority for me, he did not know anything about it. Plus sorry but his after-shave was overpowering - I had a nice migraine by the time he left and I was almost $200 poorer. I do not recommend them!!!!!! Try Mothers Computers in Victoria instead!!!!! My computer is still not working. I have to use a GMail account because I still cannot send messages using my Shaw account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If he wasn't up to speed on Mac computers he should have told me and I would have requested someone else. I would like my money refunded as soon as possible because I now have to pay another (qualified) computer technician to fix my computer. I am 78 years old and cannot afford to pay someone else on top of this.

The following day he texted that the work was finished. When I arrived to pick it up, he demonstrated the repaired state of my computer. We had a major problem with corrupted files on our computer and when we called TickTock they were quick to respond and had their technician, Daniel come out to our home within four hours! There was a lot of work to be done to remove everything from our computer and build it back up from scratch again. Daniel was patient and professional and took all the time necessary to rectify our problem. He also recommended that our hard drive be replaced, but didn't push us to get it done at the time. He explained everything he was doing, when he was reinstalling our programmes and setting up the new security system. I would highly recommend this company to everyone with computer issues of any kind!

I had an emergency just before the Christmas holidays that needed to be resolved right away (a crashed hard drive just before a major deadline). I called TickTockTech right at 8:00 a.m., and they had a technician call me back within 2 hours. After a brief consult with the technician (Daniel) we set up a time to pick up the computer to try to resolve the issue. Daniel arrived on time to pick up my computer, and within a few hours had resolved the issue. He returned the computer exactly on time, running beautifully and efficiently. It's worth noting he also called me twice during the process to give me an update on where he was with the process. Daniel said it was one of the more challenging issues he'd experienced, but he stuck with it and got the system up and running in time for me to meet my deadline. Daniel was friendly and professional, and most importantly helped me to put my worries to rest as he worked on the system. I'd recommend and will use TTT again in the future.

We had problems with our network system and we were in a pickle over the BC Day long weekend - we couldn't process any prescriptions or use any devices that were part of our LAN. Pretty much our business was shut down. We called our service provider and despite being an essential service, the fastest they could get a technician in was 3 days. I called these guys and they were quick to respond. Within the hour, I had Daniel called and walked me through the necessary steps and our system was back up and running again.
