Cinny came Monday (in the snow!) to help with connectivity issues I've been having with my laptop for some time. He was on time, professional, and able to solve my problem. True to their site, he diagnosed the potential problem before beginning to charge by the 1/4 hour. It was GREAT having someone come to my home so they could see the problem in the environment it occurs. I definitely recommend this service and will certainly use them again (hopefully in the not-to near future!).

I am very impressed with the prompt and efficient service I received. I sent in a request online for information about fixing my sluggish PC, and within 2 hours I had a tech in my home giving me a free assessment. I LOVE that you were able to come to my home to do this. The tech, Arkan, had my computer repaired and returned to me within 24 hours. He was very patient and offered me a few possible options. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent! I will definitely be recommending this service and using it again myself as needed.
