The lady at the counter (Louise?) was unbearable, condecending, and rude.She tried to upsell me on antivirus software after the technician (Dan I think) got my system up and running. The tech looked over my system and explained that my paid version of AVG antivirus was ample protection. Why are your technicians better at customer service than the counter staff??? Thankfully they got my system running again, but the poor customer service won't have me returning. "Those are bogus complaints. We just ignore them. :-)" - The Owner That business model will lead you to closing your doors. Ignore your customers at your own peril.

Looks like other people had a bad experience but mine was great. Granted, I went in to buy some small bits like Sata cables and case screws. They gave them to me for free!! They seemed really friendly too.

Since finding Teky I have made a few purchase's with them and had my home PC in for servicing I have found the staff to be easy to talk to about computer issue's and upgrade ideas for my system's , I'm definitely going back for further purchase's and advice.

Please avoid these guys at all costs if you cannot afford a several hundred dollar bill for "diagnosing" a non existent problem. They will sell you an anti-virus before telling you your internet provider(shaw or telus) gives you a top of the line FREE anti-virus program with your service!!! FREE Greed is a horrible thing to experience if you cannot afford it!!! Research your problem, ask your friends, call your internet provider, anything but make these guys rich!! I am going to start working on PC's in the Cobble Hill area for a fraction of the cost with no charge for no fix contracts. Stay tuned......

Picked up computer and was treated so rudely by the lady in the office. I just spent $467.00 and she was so condescending. You lost my business... and I will pass this info on to the people and businesses in the community. The rep that helped me was very good, but we obviously had a miscommunication because I asked for a phone call after diagnoses of $40.00 before any more repairs or changes were made to my computer. She said that she wants me to be happy and would remove new hard drive that they installed and would put in old hard drive. That was not the point! I asked for a phone call first. Your not listening to your customers.

Jeff has been my Tech. Couldn't be happier. Super nice. Very knowledgeable. Doesn't overcomplicate things or talk in a language i don't understand. I've tried many techs (from other companies) and Jeff is far and away my favorite. Keep up the good work.
