But I literally plugged the machine back in and it connected to everything with no issues. Wonderful service! Couldn't be happier. My 2010 Macbook Pro stopped working on me about 2ish years ago, and had been sitting in a drawer ever since. I really didn't want to shell out the money to get a new one so I brought it to Andrew to see what he could do. I thought it was toast but he told me right away that it was totally salvageable and gave me my options on how to repair. Brought it in on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday night they had ordered the parts, repaired it and had it ready for me to pick up. My Macbook seems to be running faster than it did back in 2010 when it was brand new! I basically have a brand new computer, and they saved me a huge cost of purchasing new. Thanks to Mark and Andrew for the speedy repair and reasonable cost.

Unprofessional and poor service. Screen fixed and the phone came back working worse than when it went in. They said they would refixed the screen and told us it would be 3-4 days to do so. 2 weeks later it was finally "fixed" with no communication in that time from them at all and it's still not working properly. Will not do business with them again!

You can trust this place. I called them for a quote to repair an older phone and they advised me it would be cheaper to purchase a bit of an upgrade from eBay instead. Even helped me pick one out. Super helpful! Much appreciated.

I got my iphone 6s screen repaired with this company during a month stay in Canada, everything went fine but once I returned home the touch screen stopped working and upon taking it to a repair shop back in Sydney I discovered the LCD had been damaged. After a few back and forth messages with them (during which they repeatedly told me I was being scammed when I was charged $190 for the exact same service which I paid $230 + tax for with their business) they banned me from their facebook which is their main point of contact and effectively blocked me out from communicating with them. I guess out of sight out of mind is their motto when it comes to poor customer service. To top it off they claim to be apple certified on their facebook display picture but are not.

My brother got his iphone 6S cracked screen repaired with these guys when he was on holidays and as soon as he got home the touchscreen stopped working (which had not been an issue before getting "fixed"). He paid $230 + tax for the screen repair and they just quoted me $150 for the same job over facebook. Not only is charging a $70 "tourist tax" to some poor kid outrageous, but because of the faulty job they did he had to fork out another $190 to get the same job done again once back in Australia. To their credit they offered to pay half of the repair costs for the second job, but insisted my brother was "being took" paying $190 (for a service they charged him $250 for). After my brother replied by asking how they justify their price of $250 if $190 was "being took" they responded with "I'm so done with you!" and have stopped responding to messages. The partial refund was never paid. The worst part is knowing that if he could go into the store it would have been resolved but because they can get away with doing nothing about it they were happy to shaft him. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Went in with my Iphone 6s completely smashed They fixed it right away 2 months later the screen started to seperate, Brought it back to them and the replaced the screen no questions asked free of charge! Great couple of guys that stand behind their work! Thank You Mark and Andrew!

Andrew - the young tech - took the time to explain things and show me procedures. Despite my initial disbelief, he proved to me that he was not only correct but that he would be able to fix it. "Doesn't sound that bad" he said, even though I was certain the computer was doomed.What a great resource to have in out area.
