I bought a gaming pc online, I was having issues booting windows so I brought the pc to Onsite the next day and they informed me many components were old and won’t be able to perform. Afterword they were extremely professional and generous by essentially tearing down the whole pc and installing a new mother board, ram, cpu. They were very honest and gave me a unbelievably LOW PRICE, given my situation. BEST PC repair in KW 100%.

Took my Lenovo computer in for sound issue. They could not fix it. I fixed it days later. According to Lenovo "the Kitchener store is not a Lenovo Authorized Reseller or Service Center". Refund was not offered at first and later refused due to their poor timeline excuses.

I took in my tower PC with a failed DVD drive and hard drive. OnSite diagnosed the problem, provided me with a replacement hard drive, and correctly told me it would be cheaper for me to add a new external DVD than replace the existing one. All this was done on the same day. Thanks Phil and the team.

I explained it was an emergency and he met me at the company offices 20 minutes later. I had only arrived home when Phil called saying he had diagnosed the problem. He had the parts in store and I gave him the go ahead. Essentially 2 hours after my day being ruined my computer was up and running again. Difficult to find that sort of service these days. Based on this one experience I will be happy to deal with Phil and OnSite Computer Services again and would recommend them as they did exactly what they said on the box. PS: I noticed the mouse skipping and naturally assumed it was due possibly to the original problem. I texted Phil. He suggested I had a hair on the mouse optics. Sure enough Phil was two for two. (I kicked the cat out of the room and got on with my day. LOL

I am the owner of a small firm with 20+ employees and all but 3 work from home. To accomplish this our computer system is complex and it must be secure and dependable. After experiencing many setbacks and poor excuses from the big city company that designed and installed our network I decided to try Onsite because they were a local company. Being a little sceptical about a small town computer shop I was surprised to find that their knowledge and expertise in networking, servers, virtual desktops and pc's matched or exceeded that of the big city companies. In fact Onsite identified issues with the original setup of our network that presented security and operational issues. The big bonus when dealing with Onsite is the service they provide. Whenever I contact Onsite they immediately address and correct my concern. This is important to me because my business does not function when my computer system is down. Many times the staff at Onsite has provided direction resulting in me fixing the problem without incurring the cost of a service call. I find that Onsite has very competitive pricing for service, parts and systems. Onsite has worked to my schedule when we have to shut down the computer system for maintenance, updates, etc., minimizing my business downtime. I would highly recommend Onsite to anyone that depends on computers to make their business run.

I usually try to support local small businesses when I can, but I will never make that mistake again with Onsite. After quoting me on a repair job (way overpriced,) I went to Staples and found that they would do the exact same thing for half the price! When I told them how much Onsite wanted me to pay they laughed! These guys will try and take advantage of you if you look inexperienced with Computers. Do Not Go Here!

I would much rather have one of OnSite's professionals jump on my computer remotely to fix the problem efficiently, than waste hours of my own time trying to find solutions. worst service ever, fixed my mac with used parts that were supposed to be under mass recall. rather than tell me to bring it into a licensed apple tech to have it fixed under warranty, they charged me $500 to put in a used motherboard (that was being recalled) and had a new screen installed against my permission. then when i got home my screen came apart at the seems and my computer crashed a month down the road due to their mother board having the same issues (hence why they were being recalled). never got my money back..

On-Site has been assisting me with my computer needs for a few years now. On-Site picked my computer up to do my Windows 10 upgrade and did a re-install and they had it completed within a day. Simon then came to my home and re-installed my printer, monitor and my computer and made sure I understood everything.
