My computer broke down and I was almost too lazy to do anything but buy new one. Thankfully I brought it in to Next Gen on Ellis & they diagnosed & installed a new Power supply for an extremely low cost...so much so I bought some other parts on the spot. Next Gen no longer serves the retail, i.e., home computer market. But they don't say that on their website. You don't find that out until you find parking and lug your computer to their place of business, only to read the sign in the front door. Hardly what one would expect from people in the IT industry. The courtesy of notice on the website would be much appreciated guys!

Oct 24, 2018 I called Next Gen Computers about my “blue screen of death” and they said to bring it in and they backed up my data, wiped my computer, reinstalled everything and I was able to pick it up the next day. They are very efficient and affordable priced. This was not my first experience with this company and both time is was pleasantly surprised with their excellent customer service and computer knowledge. They even carried my computer to my car for me on pickup! Thanks Next Gen!

On September 11, 2019 whilst having my lunch, I pressed a button by accident on my lap top and on my screen it came up as virus alert from Microsoft and NOT to turn off my lap top. There was a number I could call from Microsoft, but I decided to take it to Best Buy in Kelowna instead. The geek guy there told me I would have to pay $250.00 plus taxes, since I was not a member with them. I could not believe it. I decided to text my son in Vancouver and whilst driving to another store, he rang me and told me to go to Next Generation instead. A smaller company who was going to charge between 100-150 for a virus clean up. when I got to the store, Aaron helped me and when he opened my lap top he straightaway told me that it was NOT A VIRUS, but a pop up from a website. Aaron turned my lap top off and then on again. His colleague Ken helped me then and everything was sorted. I was so happy that they were honest and incredibly helpful. Shame on Best Buy for wanting to charge me $250.00 plus taxes. I recommend Next Generation to every single mature women or other people who feel sometimes out of their comfort zone with technology. I trust these guys! Thanks again Aaron and Ken.
